【摘要】：信息通信技術(shù)革命對商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)生了巨大影響,使得商業(yè)銀行的支付與清算功能基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了電子化,大大降低了運(yùn)營成本。同時,商業(yè)銀行運(yùn)營系統(tǒng)的電子化,特別是支付系統(tǒng)的電子化反過來對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)也產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響,支付系統(tǒng)的電子化衍生了電子貨幣,電子貨幣的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展逐漸降低了現(xiàn)金對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,并同時影響了貨幣的需求與供給。隨著商業(yè)銀行支付系統(tǒng)的電子化進(jìn)程,加上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)科技的迅猛發(fā)展,各種新型經(jīng)濟(jì)組織和經(jīng)營方式層出不窮,支付方式也不斷革新,特別是近二十年來電子商戶平臺的高歌猛進(jìn)深刻影響了人們的生活方式,由此產(chǎn)生的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融成為了學(xué)術(shù)界熱門的話題。然而追根溯源,這些猶如多米諾骨牌的一連串效應(yīng)確實(shí)起步于商業(yè)銀行支付系統(tǒng)的電子化。本文在研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理了30年來商業(yè)銀行支付系統(tǒng)電子化的進(jìn)程對世界銀行業(yè)格局的影響,并綜合運(yùn)用金融中介理論,鮑莫爾——托賓存貨理論分析了支付系統(tǒng)電子化對商業(yè)銀行的影響,支付系統(tǒng)電子化所衍生的電子貨幣對于貨幣需求與供給的影響,以及對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的影響。在實(shí)證分析中,本文運(yùn)用了相關(guān)性分析和格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn),采用銀行卡滲透率、M0/GDP、M2/GDP等指標(biāo)對理論分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。最后提出相應(yīng)對策建議。
[Abstract]:The revolution of information and communication technology has had a great impact on commercial banks, which makes the payment and clearing functions of commercial banks become electronic basically, and greatly reduces the operating costs. At the same time, the electronic operation system of commercial banks, In particular, the electronic payment system in turn has a profound impact on the national economy, the electronic payment system derived from electronic money, the emergence and development of electronic money gradually reduced the impact of cash on the national economy. At the same time, it affects the demand and supply of money. With the electronic process of commercial bank payment system and the rapid development of Internet science and technology, various new economic organizations and business methods emerge in endlessly, and payment methods are constantly innovating. Especially in the past two decades, the exuberance of electronic commerce platform has deeply influenced people's way of life, and the Internet finance has become a hot topic in academic circles. These domino effects do start from the electronic payment system of commercial banks. This paper combs the influence of the electronic payment system of commercial banks on the pattern of world banking in the past 30 years, and analyzes the influence of electronic payment system on commercial banks by using the theory of financial intermediation and Bowmo-Tobin inventory theory. The effect of electronic money derived from electronic payment system on the demand and supply of money and on Internet finance. In the empirical analysis, this paper uses the correlation analysis and Granger causality test. The paper makes an empirical test on the theoretical analysis results by using the index of bank card penetration rate of M0 / GDP / M2 / GDP, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
