【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展為企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了很多的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn);诨ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)的眾包模式是一種新興的開放式創(chuàng)新模式,也是問題解決模式。合理利用眾包模式能為政府和企業(yè)節(jié)約成本,并集思廣益更好地解決問題。而接包方的積極參與是眾包模式發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),直接影響到平臺(tái)的治理和政府與企業(yè)對(duì)眾包模式的應(yīng)用。因而本文關(guān)注的問題是:影響接包方參與眾包行為的因素有哪些;它們之間是如何作用的。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出政府或企業(yè)如何激勵(lì)接包方參與眾包,提高眾包活動(dòng)的效果。接包方參與行為的影響因素很多,以往的研究基于不同的研究視角對(duì)此做了很多探索,但還較少?gòu)纳鐣?huì)認(rèn)知理論視角出發(fā),因此,本文的研究不僅對(duì)實(shí)踐有一定指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)于社會(huì)認(rèn)知理論的拓展和應(yīng)用也具有一定的理論價(jià)值。本文在眾包研究的文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,借助社會(huì)認(rèn)知理論的理論框架,從環(huán)境和個(gè)人認(rèn)知因素兩個(gè)方面研究接包方參與眾包行為的影響機(jī)理,構(gòu)建了接包方參與行為影響機(jī)理研究模型。個(gè)人認(rèn)知因素包括接包方自我效能和結(jié)果預(yù)期兩個(gè)變量,環(huán)境因素包括平臺(tái)環(huán)境的信任和互動(dòng)兩個(gè)變量。根據(jù)社會(huì)認(rèn)知理論和已有的研究,認(rèn)為環(huán)境因素中信任和互動(dòng)會(huì)影響接包方的個(gè)人認(rèn)知因素包括自我效能和結(jié)果預(yù)期,而環(huán)境因素和個(gè)人認(rèn)知因素都會(huì)影響接包方的參與行為。本文使用在線問卷的方式向眾包網(wǎng)站平臺(tái)的用戶發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,收集眾包平臺(tái)接包方的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),使用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的方法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析,首先驗(yàn)證了數(shù)據(jù)的正態(tài)性分布情況以及是否存在共同方法偏差的問題,其次對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的信效度進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),最后檢驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷臄M合度以及得出假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明:信任對(duì)接包方參與行為有顯著正向影響;互動(dòng)對(duì)接包方行為有顯著正向影響;信任對(duì)接包方的自我效能和結(jié)果預(yù)期有顯著正向的影響;互動(dòng)對(duì)接包方的自我效能有顯著正向的影響;個(gè)人認(rèn)知因素對(duì)接包方參與行為的影響有待進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。最后對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得出研究結(jié)論與啟示。
[Abstract]:The development of the Internet technology brings many opportunities and challenges for the development of enterprises. Crowdsourcing mode based on Internet is a kind of open innovation model is emerging, problem solving model. The rational use of Crowdsourcing mode can save the cost for the government and enterprises, and solve the problem better. Benefit by mutual discussion of active participation and the contractor the key point is Crowdsourcing mode play the advantage, directly affects the application platform of governance and government and enterprise of Crowdsourcing mode. So this paper focuses on the following questions: what are the factors that affect the contractors involved in the Crowdsourcing behavior; between them is how to effect. On the basis of the government or enterprises how to motivate the contractors involved in Crowdsourcing, improve the Crowdsourcing activity effect. Many of the contractor participation factors, previous studies based on different research perspective made a lot of research, but also less from the agency Cognitive theory perspective, therefore, this study not only has certain guiding significance to the practice, also has certain theoretical value for the development and application of social cognitive theory. Based on literature Crowdsourcing research, with the social cognitive theory of the theoretical framework, the influence mechanism of the environment and personal cognitive factors in two aspects the contractors involved in the Crowdsourcing behavior, construction contractor participation model study on Mechanism of behavior. Personal cognitive factors including contractor self-efficacy and outcome expectations of two variables, the environmental factors include trust and interaction platform of two variables. According to the research on social cognitive theory and the trust and interaction influence the Contractor's personal cognitive factors include self-efficacy and outcome expectations that environmental factors, environmental factors and individual cognitive factors will affect the contractor for the participation. The online questionnaire survey questionnaire to Crowdsourcing website platform users, collect relevant data and Crowdsourcing platform access package, using the method of structural equation model to verify the analysis of the data, the first to verify the normal distribution of data and the existence of problems of common method bias, followed by the data the reliability and validity of test results, finally test the fitting degree of the model and the hypothesis test. The results show that the trust docking contractor participation behavior has a significant positive effect; interactive docking package behavior has a significant positive effect; trust docking contractor's self-efficacy and outcome expectations have a positive effect; have a significant positive impact interactive docking contractor's self-efficacy; cognitive factors influence individual docking package participation should be further validated. Finally to analyze the results, draw conclusions and Apocalypse.
