【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的大規(guī)模應(yīng)用催生了一種新的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象——產(chǎn)業(yè)融合。產(chǎn)業(yè)融合是一個動態(tài)的發(fā)展過程，其表現(xiàn)形式是隨著新技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)，在不同產(chǎn)業(yè)之間或者同一產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部的不同行業(yè)之間出現(xiàn)融合，從而使得原有的產(chǎn)業(yè)邊界變得模糊甚至消融，直至出現(xiàn)新產(chǎn)業(yè)的過程。而如何提高制造業(yè)的績效，是我國現(xiàn)階段實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級中最為關(guān)鍵的問題，是我國突破“中等收入陷阱”的根本之所在。 本文運(yùn)用規(guī)范分析和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合，靜態(tài)分析和動態(tài)分析相結(jié)合以及案例分析的方法，研究了我國金融業(yè)與制造業(yè)的融合及其在提高制造業(yè)績效中的作用。通過對產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的類型、動因及其演進(jìn)方式的研究，本文構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)融合模型，動態(tài)分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的本質(zhì)，并分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的成本減少效應(yīng)、競合效應(yīng)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)升級效應(yīng)，得出了產(chǎn)業(yè)融合會提高相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)績效的結(jié)論。然后本文把產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的理論應(yīng)用到了金融業(yè)與制造業(yè)融合的規(guī)范分析中去，并以汽車金融業(yè)與“融寶”兩個案例為研究對象，，分析了金融業(yè)與制造業(yè)的融合機(jī)理。最后本文實(shí)證分析了金融業(yè)與制造業(yè)的融合對制造業(yè)績效的影響。 本文的實(shí)證部分選取了中國制造業(yè)15個行業(yè)的面板數(shù)據(jù)為樣本，分析了金融業(yè)與制造業(yè)的融合及其與制造業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系發(fā)現(xiàn)：(1)金融業(yè)與制造業(yè)的融合與制造業(yè)大部分行業(yè)的績效呈正相關(guān)；(2)金融業(yè)與制造業(yè)的融合能夠顯著提高制造業(yè)的績效；(3)我國對外資的利用效率不高，并且FDI對產(chǎn)業(yè)融合提高績效具有一定的“擠出”效應(yīng)。在對分組變量重新進(jìn)行穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)后發(fā)現(xiàn)本文所得到的結(jié)果仍然是穩(wěn)定的。 基于上述結(jié)論，本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)融合視角得到了我國產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級路徑的政策啟示。
[Abstract]:The large-scale application of information technology has given birth to a new economic phenomenon-industrial convergence. Industrial convergence is a dynamic development process, its manifestation is that with the emergence of new technology, there is convergence between different industries or different industries within the same industry, which makes the original industrial boundaries become blurred or even melt. Until the emergence of a new industry process. How to improve the performance of manufacturing industry is the most critical problem in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in our country at present, and is the fundamental problem for our country to break through the "middle income trap". In this paper, the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis and case analysis are used to study the integration of financial industry and manufacturing industry in China and its role in improving the performance of manufacturing industry. Based on the study of the types, causes and evolution of industrial convergence, this paper constructs a model of industrial convergence, analyzes the nature of industrial convergence, and analyzes the cost reduction effect, competition effect and industrial upgrading effect of industrial convergence. The conclusion is that industry convergence will improve the performance of related industries. Then this paper applies the theory of industry convergence to the normative analysis of the integration of financial industry and manufacturing industry, and takes the two cases of automobile finance and "Rongbao" as the research object, analyzes the fusion mechanism of financial industry and manufacturing industry. Finally, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the integration of financial industry and manufacturing industry on manufacturing performance. In the empirical part of this paper, the panel data of 15 manufacturing industries in China are selected as samples. This paper analyzes the relationship between financial industry and manufacturing industry and its relationship with manufacturing performance. It is found that the integration of financial industry and manufacturing industry has a positive correlation with the performance of most industries in manufacturing industry. 2) the integration of financial industry and manufacturing industry can be significant. Improving the performance of the Manufacturing Industry China's utilization efficiency of foreign capital is not high. Moreover, FDI has a certain "crowding out" effect on improving the performance of industrial convergence. It is found that the results obtained in this paper are still stable after retesting the robustness of grouped variables. Based on the above conclusions, this paper obtains the policy enlightenment of China's industrial transformation and upgrading from the perspective of industrial convergence.
