【摘要】：通過對本世紀初中國與上世紀七八十年代日、韓對外投資之間的比較研究發(fā)現(xiàn):東亞各國對外投資在跨越貿(mào)易壁壘的意愿強度、對匯率波動的敏感度、區(qū)位/產(chǎn)業(yè)對外拓展路徑及組織運營模式等方面均存在一定程度的差異化選擇,而這種差異的背后恰恰反映出東亞各國所處對外投資發(fā)展階段的不同以及積累國際化管理經(jīng)驗的能力差異。
[Abstract]:Through a comparative study between China at the beginning of this century and Japan in the 1970s and 1980s, it is found that the willingness of East Asian countries to cross trade barriers and their sensitivity to exchange rate fluctuations, There is a certain degree of differentiation choice in terms of location / industry external expansion path and organization operation mode. The difference reflects the different stages of development of foreign investment in East Asian countries and the differences in the ability to accumulate international management experience.
