Y電網(wǎng)公司基于戰(zhàn)略的培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和企業(yè)對(duì)人員素質(zhì)的要求提高,企業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越離不開高素質(zhì)的員工隊(duì)伍,而高素質(zhì)的員工隊(duì)伍離不開職業(yè)培訓(xùn)。企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場競爭中獲得立足之地,需要其員工工作效率不斷獲得提高,這就要求企業(yè)必須把培訓(xùn)工作做好。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)可以為員工提供許多學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)、接觸新事物的機(jī)會(huì),可以使員工在培訓(xùn)的過程中不斷成長,滿足員工自我職業(yè)發(fā)展需要,同時(shí)也可以調(diào)動(dòng)其工作的積極性,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)向心力和核心競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。電網(wǎng)企業(yè)作為人才和資金密集型企業(yè),其培訓(xùn)工作更顯得尤為重要,一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的培訓(xùn)管理體系,可以為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)提供優(yōu)秀的人才和人力資源保障。 本文從Y電網(wǎng)公司人力資源現(xiàn)狀、培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀入手,通過訪談、實(shí)地觀察、查閱檔案資料等方式對(duì)其培訓(xùn)體系存在的問題進(jìn)行分析。針對(duì)其培訓(xùn)體系存在的問題提出從戰(zhàn)略的角度構(gòu)建人力資源培訓(xùn)體系,完善培訓(xùn)需求分析,強(qiáng)化師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)課程開發(fā)力度,借助新技術(shù)豐富培訓(xùn)方式方法,完善培訓(xùn)評(píng)估,加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)管理等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。希望所提出的上述培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化方案可以對(duì)Y電網(wǎng)公司培訓(xùn)實(shí)踐提供一些積極的幫助,使Y電網(wǎng)公司在培訓(xùn)方面的投入能夠獲取最大的投資效益,從而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時(shí)也為兄弟電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)體系建設(shè)提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of the quality of the personnel, the development of the enterprise is more and more inseparable from the high quality of the staff, and the high quality of the staff can not be separated from the vocational training. If an enterprise wants to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition, it needs its staff work efficiency to be improved continuously, which requires the enterprise to do the training work well. Excellent employee training can provide many opportunities for employees to learn new knowledge and contact with new things. It can enable employees to continue to grow in the process of training and meet the needs of their own professional development. At the same time, it can arouse the enthusiasm of its work, and then strengthen the centripetal force and core competitiveness of the enterprise, and realize the strategic goal of enterprise development. As a talent and capital-intensive enterprise, the training work of grid enterprises is more important. An excellent training management system can provide excellent talents and human resources for grid enterprises to achieve their strategic goals. This paper starts with the current situation of human resources and training system of Y Power Grid Company, and analyzes the problems existing in its training system by means of interviews, field observation, and consulting files and materials. In view of the problems existing in its training system, this paper puts forward the following points: constructing the training system of human resources from a strategic point of view, perfecting the analysis of training needs, strengthening the construction of teachers' ranks, strengthening the development of training courses, enriching the training methods and methods with the help of new technology. Improve training evaluation, strengthen training management and other aspects of optimization. It is hoped that the training system optimization scheme mentioned above can provide some positive help to the training practice of Y Grid Company, so that the investment of Y Grid Company in training can obtain the maximum investment benefit, thus enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise. To achieve the sustainable development of enterprises, but also for brother grid enterprises training system construction to provide a useful reference.
