【摘要】：近年來,隨著企業(yè)信息化的日臻成熟、社會化網(wǎng)絡(luò)的興起,以及云計算、移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新一代信息技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進入了一個“大數(shù)據(jù)”時代。大數(shù)據(jù)為中國信息產(chǎn)業(yè)特別是信息安防產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來了重要的戰(zhàn)略機遇：一是全面提升社會安防信息管理水,引領(lǐng)我國安防產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化邁上新臺階；二是新一代信息技術(shù)融合應(yīng)用新焦點,推動不同渠道的信息不斷匯集,并創(chuàng)造出巨大價值。 作為現(xiàn)代信息產(chǎn)業(yè)在海量數(shù)據(jù)領(lǐng)域的標志性成果,大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)已經(jīng)在社會各個領(lǐng)域都開始彰顯其獨特魅力,因此,對大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)而言無論是其技術(shù)影響還是經(jīng)濟收益都值得探究。本文以BL公司為例,通過新制度經(jīng)濟學(xué)成本收益的分析框架來研究大數(shù)據(jù)安防背景下企業(yè)如何根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的內(nèi)部外部環(huán)境最大化地利用大數(shù)據(jù)安防技術(shù),以期實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的最大利益。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文進一步提出了BL公司發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)安防的路徑。本文的主要的結(jié)論如下： (1)BL公司實施大數(shù)據(jù)安防戰(zhàn)略除需考慮反應(yīng)在會計報表上的成本外,還需要考慮反應(yīng)風(fēng)險的風(fēng)險成本和反應(yīng)綜合外部效應(yīng)的外部收益,只有綜合考慮這兩個成本收益才能合理制定出適應(yīng)宏觀大環(huán)境同時適合公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略路徑。 (2)無論是會計核算還是經(jīng)濟核算,BL公司實施ExpressV視頻海量智能檢索系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項目都能取得較大的收益,大數(shù)據(jù)安防技術(shù)帶來的綜合效益非常顯著。 (3)在當(dāng)前的市場環(huán)境和政策背景下,BL公司應(yīng)該把資源集中到業(yè)務(wù)部門和管理部門,但要保證研發(fā)部門的相對獨立和工資水平。當(dāng)前BL應(yīng)該選擇以市場路徑為主、技術(shù)路線為輔但不斷加重技術(shù)投入占比的當(dāng)期輕技術(shù)遠期重技術(shù)的發(fā)展選擇。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the maturation of enterprise information, the rise of social network, and the wide application of cloud computing, mobile Internet and Internet of things, the Internet has entered a "big data" era. Big data brings important strategic opportunities for China's information industry, especially for information security industry: first, to promote the social security information management water in an all-round way, and to lead our security industry to a new level; Second, the new generation information technology fusion application new focus, promotes the different channel information collection unceasingly, and creates the huge value. As the iconic achievement of modern information industry in the field of massive data, big data technology has begun to show its unique charm in all fields of society, so, For big data technology, whether its technical impact or economic benefits are worth exploring. This paper takes BL Company as an example to study how to maximize the use of big data security technology according to the existing internal and external environment in the context of big data security under the framework of cost-benefit analysis of new institutional economics. In order to achieve the best interests of the enterprise. On this basis, this paper further proposed BL company to develop the path of big data security. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) in the implementation of big data security strategy, BL Company should not only consider the cost of reflecting on accounting statements, but also consider the risk cost of risk response and the external benefits of comprehensive external effects. Only by synthetically considering these two costs and benefits can we reasonably work out a strategic path suitable for the macro environment and the development of the company. (2) whether it is accounting or economic accounting, there is a huge amount of wisdom in implementing Express V video in BL Company. Can retrieve the system development project can obtain the big profit, The comprehensive benefits of big data security technology are very significant. (3) in the current market environment and policy background, BL company should concentrate its resources on business and management. But want to ensure R & D department's relative independence and salary level. At present BL should choose the development choice of current light technology forward heavy technology which is mainly based on market route and supplemented by technical route but with increasing proportion of technology input.
