【摘要】：正2015年11月30日,電力體制改革的6個(gè)核心配套文件印發(fā),文件圍繞輸配電價(jià)改革、電力市場建設(shè)、電力交易機(jī)構(gòu)組建和規(guī)范運(yùn)行、放開發(fā)用電計(jì)劃、售電側(cè)改革和規(guī)范燃煤自備電廠等方面給出了明確的實(shí)施意見。業(yè)內(nèi)普遍認(rèn)為,2015年3月發(fā)布的《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步深化電力體制改革的若干意見》(以下簡稱"9號文"),勾勒了電力市場化改革的頂層設(shè)
[Abstract]:On November 30, 2015, the six core supporting documents for the reform of the electric power system were issued. The documents revolved around the reform of electricity transmission and distribution prices, the construction of the electricity market, the establishment and standardized operation of power trading institutions, and the development and utilization of electricity. Some suggestions are given on the reform of power sale side and standardization of coal-fired self-owned power plant. It is widely believed in the industry that the "opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on further deepening the Reform of the Electric Power system" issued in March 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "9") outline the top level of the reform of the electricity market.
