【摘要】:隨著國際環(huán)境的快速發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,來我國開拓市場的外資企業(yè)也越來越多。1992年韓中兩國建交以后,韓國企業(yè)開始認(rèn)識(shí)到迅速發(fā)展的中國市場擁有很大潛力,由此,加快了對中國市場投資力度。目前開拓海外市場的韓國企業(yè)當(dāng)中,在華數(shù)占一半以上,中國作為韓國的最大貿(mào)易伙伴國家,兩國的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系越加越密切。在激烈的競爭中要想成為一個(gè)真正的全球化企業(yè),不僅需要對中國經(jīng)營體制要有準(zhǔn)確的理解與把握,還需要在人力資源管理等方面改革創(chuàng)新的同時(shí)加強(qiáng)本土化。作為山東青島地區(qū)的韓國大型食品加工企業(yè)YLD公司,在新的發(fā)展形勢下,既面臨著巨大的市場機(jī)遇,也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),如何優(yōu)化YLD公司人力資源管理體系,快速有效地提高人力資源管理水平,已成為化YLD公司函待解決的重要問題。本文以YLD公司為研究對象,將全文研究分為以下六部分。旨在提升YLD公司人力資源管理水平,達(dá)到提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)績效的目的,同時(shí)也為其它在華韓企人力資源管理體系優(yōu)化研究提供有益的借鑒和參考。首先闡述本論文研究的背景和意義,回顧國內(nèi)外有關(guān)企業(yè)人力資源管理的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及本文的研究內(nèi)容與研究方法。其次介紹企業(yè)人力資源管理基本理論,闡述企業(yè)人力資源管理的內(nèi)涵,特征及重要性等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。然后對青島天泰YLD食品有限公司發(fā)展歷程及公司概況進(jìn)行闡述,并從招聘,培訓(xùn),績效,薪酬福利等方面詳細(xì)分析該公司的人力資源管理架構(gòu)及現(xiàn)狀。隨后從企業(yè)人力資源管理與招聘培訓(xùn),績效管理,薪酬福利管理等方面,對該公司人力資源管理出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行深入的探討和分析。第五,通過分析青島天泰YLD食品有限公司現(xiàn)階段的人力資源管理情況,找出其中存在的各種問題,并給出對策加以解決。最后總結(jié)了本文的研究成果,提出了對其它韓資企業(yè)人力資源管理的一些啟示。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the international environment and economic globalization, more and more foreign-funded enterprises have come to China to open up their markets. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between South Korea and China in 1992, Korean enterprises have begun to realize that the rapidly developing Chinese market has great potential. Accelerated investment in the Chinese market. More than half of South Korean companies are in China, and China, South Korea's biggest trading partner, is getting closer and closer. In order to become a truly global enterprise in the fierce competition, it is necessary not only to have an accurate understanding and grasp of the management system of China, but also to strengthen the localization while reforming and innovating in the aspects of human resource management and so on. YLD, a large Korean food processing company in Qingdao, Shandong province, is faced with great market opportunities and challenges under the new development situation. How to optimize the YLD human resources management system, and how to optimize the YLD company's human resources management system, and how to optimize the YLD company's human resources management system, Improving the level of human resource management quickly and effectively has become an important problem to be solved by YLD. In this paper, YLD Company as the research object, the full text of the study is divided into the following six parts. The purpose of this paper is to improve the level of human resources management in YLD Company and to achieve the purpose of improving the economic performance of enterprises. At the same time, it provides a useful reference and reference for the optimization of human resources management system of other Korean enterprises in China. Firstly, the background and significance of this paper are expounded, and the present situation of human resource management in domestic and foreign enterprises is reviewed, as well as the research contents and research methods of this paper. Secondly, it introduces the basic theory of enterprise human resource management, expounds the connotation, characteristics and importance of enterprise human resource management. Then the development course and general situation of Qingdao Tiantai YLD Food Co., Ltd. are expounded, and the human resource management structure and current situation of Qingdao Tiantai YLD Food Co., Ltd are analyzed in detail from the aspects of recruitment, training, performance, compensation and welfare. Then, from the aspects of human resource management and recruitment training, performance management, compensation and welfare management, the problems of human resource management in the company are discussed and analyzed. Fifthly, by analyzing the human resource management situation of Qingdao Tiantai YLD Food Co., Ltd at present, we find out the various problems existing in it, and give some countermeasures to solve it. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results, and puts forward some enlightenment to other Korean enterprises' human resource management.
