IN公司信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃研究
[Abstract]:Chip industry is a collection of market research, product development, manufacturing and application system development as one industry. Chip manufacturing is a value chain that integrates capital-intensive, technology-intensive and manpower-intensive. Chip manufacturing process is divided into wafer manufacturing and packaging testing two main manufacturing processes, generally will build two different types of factories to complete the two manufacturing processes. How to improve the efficiency of the chip manufacturing plant has become the most important problem to be solved by the management of the company. To promote the high efficiency of the management information system is one of the main methods to improve the operational efficiency. In Company is a sole proprietorship enterprise of American businessmen with more than 3,000 employees. Is its head office chip manufacturing business under a chip packaging testing plant. The whole chip manufacturing business has more than 30,000 employees around the world. The chip manufacturing value chain can be divided into wafer manufacturing plants and packaging test plants from the company strategic level. The main task of wafer factory is to turn pure silicon wafer into very large scale integrated circuit (VLSI). The integrated circuit when it comes out of the factory is shaped like a 12 inch optical disk, and its Chinese name is wafer, which is called Wafer in English. The chip packaging test factory first cuts the entire 12-inch wafer into a finger size chip, then solders the chip to the chip's substrate, then reinforces it with epoxy resin, and sometimes it has a heat sink. Finally, after testing, the departments set up by IN Company are: planning Department, Procurement Logistics Department, Industry Engineering Department, production Department, equipment Technology Engineering Department, quality Assurance Department, Product Engineering Department, New Product introduction Department, training Department, HR, Factory, Finance, IT, etc. There is not only a clear division of labor and responsibilities between the departments, but also a closely coordinated community of interests. As a result, inter-departmental collaboration is not smooth, often a very small problem will be a few meetings of the relevant departments to solve. How to improve the efficiency of internal operation and reduce the waste of company resources are the outstanding problems faced by the company at present. This article solves this kind of problem from the information system angle. The research object of this paper is the information system planning of IN Company. Firstly, the internal and external environment of IN Company is analyzed by using the Porter's five-force model and SWOT method of strategic analysis, and the development strategy of the enterprise is found out. Secondly, the function and performance of the existing information system are summarized, and the level of information system construction of the parent company wafer factory is compared horizontally and the gap is found. Thirdly, the strategic objectives, information requirements, subsystems and their functions of the company information system are redefined by the common methods of information system planning. In order to design the main frame of the company information system. Finally, according to the concrete situation of IN company, the system planning of information system construction is carried out, and the process and method of implementation and guarantee are further explained. The conclusion of this paper is that the planning staff can direct the personnel including purchasing, production, engineering and purchasing logistics to complete the production-related work after making the production plan. Unplanned employees do not need to make decisions on production-related issues. They only need to execute decisions that are left to the factory information system to complete automatically. To reduce internal friction between departments, improve work efficiency, improve customer and employee satisfaction, enhance the value of the company.
