【摘要】：為研究我國2011—2012年間31個行政區(qū)乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的效率變化,利用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)方法,分別從兩階段乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整體及其各個階段2個層面考察各地乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)效率變化情況。首先將區(qū)域的乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈作為整體(黑箱),計算和分析2011—2012年間31個地區(qū)全要素生產(chǎn)效率(TFP)變化,得出TFP指數(shù)平均為1.04,增加的主要因素是技術(shù)進步和規(guī)模增加。然后打開黑箱,分別計算和分析構(gòu)成整體產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的第一和第二階段TFP指數(shù),第一階段TFP平均為0.97,第二階段TFP平均為1.04。研究結(jié)果顯示整體和兩級乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)中乳品生產(chǎn)業(yè)較原奶生產(chǎn)業(yè)更具有行業(yè)領導力,乳品生產(chǎn)業(yè)中技術(shù)進步、技術(shù)效率變化、純技術(shù)效率變化和規(guī)模效率變化對乳品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中TFP變化有很大的影響。
[Abstract]:In order to study the efficiency change of dairy industry chain development in 31 administrative regions of China during 2011-2012, the DEA-Malmquist index method was used to investigate the change of dairy industry efficiency from two stages and two stages. First, the dairy industry chain of the region is taken as a whole (black box), the change of total factor production efficiency (TFP) in 31 regions during 2011-2012 is calculated and analyzed, and the average TFP index is 1.04, the main factor of which is technological progress and scale increase. Then the black box is opened to calculate and analyze the TFP index of the first and second stages respectively. The average TFP of the first stage is 0.97 and the second stage is 1.04. The results show that the dairy production industry has more industry leadership than the raw milk production industry in the overall and two-level dairy industry chain, and the technological progress and technological efficiency changes in the dairy production industry. The change of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency has great influence on the change of TFP in dairy industry chain.
