【摘要】：經(jīng)過四十多年的勘探開發(fā)，遼河油田取得了顯著的成績(jī)，目前擁有千萬噸的產(chǎn)量規(guī)模。但是，作為老油田，遼河油田采出程度高，絕大部分主力區(qū)塊自然遞減率和綜合遞率減率不斷上升。此時(shí)有必要對(duì)遼河油田近幾年勘探開發(fā)投資效果做以全面評(píng)價(jià)，尋找勘探開發(fā)投資的規(guī)律和不足，為今后的投資決策提供指導(dǎo)性建議。 本文結(jié)合油田企業(yè)勘探開發(fā)投資評(píng)價(jià)研究的國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外油田企業(yè)投資評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，大量分析遼河油田相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，，構(gòu)建了一套符合勘探開發(fā)投資特點(diǎn)的、具有代表性的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。該指標(biāo)體系包括經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、資源指標(biāo)、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、社會(huì)指標(biāo)以及生態(tài)指標(biāo)五個(gè)大類指標(biāo)，單位利潤(rùn)、新增地質(zhì)儲(chǔ)量、產(chǎn)量總遞減率、探井成功率、平均單井日產(chǎn)油水平、人均可支配收入、環(huán)境污染等共16個(gè)單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)組成。本文采用相對(duì)比較法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重，并運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)遼河油田2008-2012年勘探開發(fā)投資效果進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià)。基于評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果，通過認(rèn)真分析遼河油田勘探開發(fā)投資的規(guī)律，制定了降低勘探開發(fā)成本、提高生態(tài)保護(hù)意識(shí)、發(fā)展水平井完井優(yōu)化技術(shù)、實(shí)施油田二次開發(fā)、提高探井成功率等相關(guān)對(duì)策，為遼河油田提高勘探開發(fā)投資效果提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:After more than 40 years of exploration and development, Liaohe Oilfield has made remarkable achievements and has a production scale of ten million tons. However, as an old oil field, Liaohe Oilfield has a high degree of production, and the natural decline rate and comprehensive rate reduction rate of most of the main blocks are rising. It is necessary to make a comprehensive evaluation of the investment effect of exploration and development in Liaohe Oilfield in recent years, to find out the rules and shortcomings of the investment in exploration and development, and to provide guiding suggestions for future investment decisions. In this paper, based on the present situation of exploration and development investment evaluation of oil field enterprises at home and abroad, the relevant theory and practical experience of investment evaluation of oil field enterprises at home and abroad are summarized, and the relevant data of Liaohe oilfield are analyzed in large quantities. A representative evaluation index system is set up in accordance with the characteristics of exploration and development investment. The index system includes five categories of indicators: economic index, resource index, technical index, social index and ecological index, unit profit, new geological reserves, total decline rate of production, success rate of exploration well, average daily oil production level of single well. Per capita disposable income, environmental pollution and other a total of 16 single indicators. In this paper, the relative comparison method is used to determine the index weight, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the investment effect of exploration and development in Liaohe Oilfield from 2008 to 2012. Based on the evaluation results, by analyzing the rules of exploration and development investment in Liaohe Oilfield, the paper makes a plan to reduce exploration and development cost, raise ecological protection consciousness, develop horizontal well completion optimization technology, and implement secondary development of oil field. The related countermeasures, such as increasing the success rate of exploration wells, provide a reference basis for improving the investment effect of exploration and development in Liaohe Oilfield.
