一汽大眾(長春工廠)汽車零部件供貨方式選擇問題研究

【摘要】:一汽大眾長春工廠產(chǎn)前零部件配送中心(簡稱配送中心)主要業(yè)務(wù)是為一汽大眾沖壓車間、焊裝車間、油漆車間、總裝車間提供零部件倉儲、轉(zhuǎn)換包裝及配送業(yè)務(wù)。目前,配送中心存在著供貨不及時、不均衡現(xiàn)象,主要表現(xiàn)為:缺少生產(chǎn)計劃及零部件需求的數(shù)據(jù)支持、生產(chǎn)嚴(yán)重不均衡、配送車輛管理及運作困難、現(xiàn)場資源分配不均,資源浪費較為嚴(yán)重等。本文針對配送中心供貨方式選擇與設(shè)計這一問題進行深入研究,以提高配送中心供貨效率和服務(wù)水平。 論文首先分析了國內(nèi)外同類研究成果,梳理了汽車零部件供貨方式選擇與設(shè)計的原則和方法,給出了推動式供貨與拉動式供貨兩種主要供貨方式的特征、運作原理和適用范圍;運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法評價與選擇了汽車零部件供貨方式,結(jié)果表明:預(yù)批量階段應(yīng)采用推動式供貨方式;批量供貨階段應(yīng)優(yōu)選拉動式供貨方式。其次,,論文重點剖析了汽車零部件供貨不均衡狀態(tài)的表現(xiàn)、存在原因及影響,闡明了均衡供貨思想的提出背景,明晰了均衡供貨的內(nèi)涵本質(zhì)、測度指標(biāo)和實施步驟和技術(shù)手段;進而,以節(jié)拍化為技術(shù)切入點,制定節(jié)拍式均衡供貨方案。通過優(yōu)化前后參數(shù)的對比,例如打印環(huán)節(jié)的打印時間與輸出量、備貨時間與備貨量、裝載時間、發(fā)車時間,節(jié)拍式均衡供貨方案顯著地緩解了供貨不均衡帶來的系列問題。 論文研究成果對于緩解和解決配送中心存在的零部件供應(yīng)商到(供)貨量、到(供)貨時間不均衡,資源配置不均衡,配送中心運行效率不高等問題具有參考價值和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The main business of FAW-VW Changchun factory antepartum parts distribution center is to provide parts warehousing, conversion packaging and distribution business for FAW Volkswagen stamping workshop, welding workshop, paint workshop and final assembly workshop. At present, the distribution center has the phenomenon of untimely and unbalanced supply, which is mainly manifested in the lack of data support of production planning and parts demand, the serious imbalance in production, the difficulty in the management and operation of distribution vehicles, and the uneven distribution of field resources. The waste of resources is serious. In order to improve the supply efficiency and service level of distribution center, the selection and design of distribution center supply mode are studied in this paper. Firstly, the paper analyzes the same research results at home and abroad, combs the principles and methods of the selection and design of automobile parts supply mode, and gives the characteristics, operation principle and applicable scope of the two main supply modes: push supply and pull supply. The method of automobile parts supply is evaluated and selected by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results show that the push supply mode should be adopted in the pre-batch stage and the pull supply mode should be selected in the batch supply stage. Secondly, the paper focuses on the analysis of the performance, reasons and influence of the unbalanced supply of automobile parts, expounds the background of the idea of balanced supply, clarifies the essence of balanced supply, the measurement index, the implementation steps and technical means. Further, the rhythm into a technical breakthrough point, the formulation of rhythmic balanced supply scheme. Through the comparison of parameters before and after optimization, such as printing time and output of printing link, stocking time and quantity, loading time, starting time, and rhythmic balanced supply scheme, the series of problems caused by unbalanced supply are significantly alleviated. The research results of this paper have reference value and practical significance to alleviate and solve the problems such as the quantity of parts supplier to (supply), the unbalance of delivery time, the imbalance of resource allocation, and the low efficiency of distribution center, which exist in the distribution center.
