客機(jī)協(xié)同研制的供應(yīng)商網(wǎng)絡(luò)型管理模式研究

【摘要】:客機(jī)制造業(yè)是目前所有制造業(yè)中技術(shù)和知識(shí)密集度最高、上下游關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)拉動(dòng)面最廣和產(chǎn)品附加值最高的產(chǎn)業(yè)。在全球一體化的發(fā)展背景下,世界級(jí)客機(jī)制造商均采用了與供應(yīng)商風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān)的“主制造商-供應(yīng)商”管理模式,意味著產(chǎn)品研制過(guò)程所涉及到的設(shè)計(jì)、制造和裝配等工作將由不同的設(shè)計(jì)部門(mén)、制造和裝配廠商以及眾多相關(guān)的專業(yè)系統(tǒng)公司之間密切協(xié)作、共同完成。當(dāng)前,立志要躋身國(guó)際客機(jī)市場(chǎng)的C919大型客機(jī)正在研制中,而商飛公司的供應(yīng)商協(xié)作平臺(tái)的運(yùn)用尚處于發(fā)展階段。與眾多供應(yīng)商能夠可持續(xù)的合作研發(fā)制造客機(jī),并達(dá)到共贏的目的,則急需探討、研究協(xié)同雙方之間的知識(shí)交流問(wèn)題,保證協(xié)同工作順利進(jìn)行的組織結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題,以及供應(yīng)商的利益分配問(wèn)題。 鑒于此,本文在總結(jié)學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)內(nèi)外供應(yīng)商管理模式與復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,概述了協(xié)同理論與復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,闡述了主制造商與供應(yīng)商協(xié)同研制模式的具體內(nèi)涵,剖析了商飛的供應(yīng)商管理現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化了商飛的機(jī)載系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商協(xié)同研制網(wǎng)絡(luò)型管理模式,旨在提高商飛與供應(yīng)商之間以及供應(yīng)商之間的知識(shí)交流效率;而后,針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)型管理模式下的組織結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題,將矩陣式組織結(jié)構(gòu)與知識(shí)協(xié)同團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行融合,構(gòu)建了保證項(xiàng)目順利、高效進(jìn)行的團(tuán)隊(duì)矩陣式組織結(jié)構(gòu);最后,為了協(xié)同研制工作可以穩(wěn)定的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,,將復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論中的相關(guān)知識(shí)方法運(yùn)用于Shapley值法中,構(gòu)建了Shapley值法的利益分配優(yōu)化模型,通過(guò)案例的模擬與分析,提出了客機(jī)協(xié)同研制的利益分配機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The airliner manufacturing industry is the industry with the highest technology and knowledge density, the most extensive pull area and the highest product added value of the upstream and downstream related industries. In the context of global integration, world-class passenger aircraft manufacturers have adopted a "master manufacturer" management model that shares risks with suppliers, meaning the design involved in the product development process. Manufacturing and assembly will be done in close collaboration between different design departments, manufacturers and many related professional systems companies. At present, the C919 airliner, which aims to be part of the international passenger plane market, is under development, while Comac's supplier collaboration platform is still in the development stage. To be able to develop and manufacture airliners in a sustainable manner with many suppliers and to achieve win-win results, we urgently need to explore the issue of knowledge exchange between the two parties and ensure the smooth implementation of the cooperative work. And the distribution of benefits to suppliers. In view of this, on the basis of summarizing and studying the related literatures of supplier management mode and complex network theory at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the coordination theory and complex network theory, and expounds the concrete connotation of the collaborative development model between the main manufacturer and the supplier. This paper analyzes the current status of Comac's supplier management, designs and optimizes the collaborative development of network management model by Comac's airborne system suppliers, aiming at improving the efficiency of knowledge exchange between Comac and suppliers and between suppliers. Aiming at the organizational structure under the network management mode, the matrix organization structure and the knowledge cooperative team are combined to construct the team matrix organization structure to ensure the project to be smooth and efficient. In order to make the research and development work stable and sustainable, the related knowledge methods of complex network theory are applied to Shapley value method, and the optimal model of benefit distribution of Shapley value method is constructed, and the simulation and analysis of cases are carried out. The benefit distribution mechanism of passenger aircraft cooperative development is put forward.
