【摘要】:隨著改革開放以及加入WTO,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)歷了十多年的高速發(fā)展,作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)也發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,同時(shí)帶動(dòng)了汽車零部件行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展.巨大的市場(chǎng)潛力吸引了全球汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的跨國(guó)企業(yè)爭(zhēng)先恐后的來到中國(guó)以各種方式進(jìn)行投資合作,形成了激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形勢(shì)。在2008年的全球金融危機(jī)之后,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)卻保持持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的勢(shì)頭,中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)也呈現(xiàn)蓬勃增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),,中國(guó)市場(chǎng)已經(jīng)成為各汽車整車及零部件跨國(guó)企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵市場(chǎng)。而如何在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)獲取更大的市場(chǎng)份額和利潤(rùn)也成為各跨國(guó)企業(yè)研究的重要課題。 作為本文研究對(duì)象的李爾長(zhǎng)安(重慶)汽車系統(tǒng)有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱李爾長(zhǎng)安公司)在經(jīng)歷快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),面臨著越來越復(fù)雜的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境、不確定性和不斷增加的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。如何應(yīng)對(duì)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化,在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中持續(xù)發(fā)展;如何根據(jù)企業(yè)自身資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和能力,扭轉(zhuǎn)劣勢(shì),迎接挑戰(zhàn),抓住汽車零部件行業(yè)良好的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)來制定適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略;選擇怎樣的途徑來實(shí)施發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略達(dá)成戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),這些都是李爾長(zhǎng)安在持續(xù)思考和解決的問題。 本文對(duì)李爾長(zhǎng)安公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了深入分析,并試圖揭示發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部動(dòng)因。 本文通過PEST環(huán)境分析和汽車行業(yè)以及汽車零部件行業(yè)分析以及進(jìn)一步對(duì)汽車座椅行業(yè)的分析,對(duì)企業(yè)所處的宏觀和外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行掃描,判斷其機(jī)會(huì)和威脅;通過企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)資源以及能力分析來明確企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì):通過SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析,綜合考慮內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,匹配出公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。同時(shí),文章結(jié)合企業(yè)自身實(shí)際,指明了達(dá)成戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的途徑,提出了戰(zhàn)略控制的方法。
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening up and China's entry into WTO, China's economy has experienced a rapid development for more than a decade. The automobile industry, as the pillar industry of the national economy, has also undergone earth-shaking changes, which has also led to the rapid development of the auto parts industry. The huge market potential has attracted the global automobile industry multinational enterprises to come to China in various ways to carry on the investment cooperation, has formed the intense market competition situation. After the global financial crisis in 2008, China's economy has maintained the momentum of sustained growth, the Chinese auto industry is also showing a trend of vigorous growth, the Chinese market has become a key market for automobile and parts multinational companies. How to gain more market share and profit in Chinese market has also become an important research topic for multinational enterprises. As the research object of this paper, Lear Changan (Chongqing) Automotive system Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lear Changan Company) is facing more and more complex competitive environment, uncertainty and increasing risks. How to cope with the change of internal and external environment, how to develop continuously in the fierce market competition, how to reverse the inferiority and meet the challenge according to the advantage and ability of the enterprise's own resources, Grasping the good development opportunity of auto parts industry to make the strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise, and choosing what way to implement the development strategy to achieve the strategic goal, these are the problems that Lear Chang'an is thinking and solving continuously. This paper analyzes the development strategy of Lear Changan Company, and tries to reveal the internal and external causes of the development. Through the analysis of PEST environment, automobile industry and auto parts industry, and the further analysis of automobile seat industry, this paper scans the macro and external environment of the enterprise, and judges its opportunity and threat. The advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise in the competition are defined through the analysis of the internal advantage resources and the capability. The overall development strategy of the company is matched by the SWOT strategic analysis and the comprehensive consideration of the internal and external environment. At the same time, the paper points out the way to reach the strategic goal and puts forward the method of strategic control.
