【摘要】：伴隨著全球經濟一體化的迅速推進和中國改革開放的快速發(fā)展，，越來越多的國際型跨國公司把研發(fā)中心設置在歐、美、日等發(fā)達國家，而把大批量生產制造中心轉移到中國。同時由于現代產品的更新與換代非常迅速，如何快速的進行新產品導入并保持低成本的競爭優(yōu)勢對于公司的成長與發(fā)展就顯得尤為重要。 精益生產是通過人員組織、系統(tǒng)結構、運行方式和市場供求等方面的變革，使生產系統(tǒng)能很快適應客戶需求的不斷變化，并能精簡生產過程中一切多余、無用的東西，最終達到包括市場供銷在內的生產的各方面最好結果的一種生產管理方式。精益生產近年來在全球范圍內得到越來越多的運用，如何導入精益生產，在新產品導入項目管理中能否運用精益思想，這是許多制造型企業(yè)在計劃導入精益生產時需要考慮的問題。 本文將借鑒國內外精益思想的研究成果，通過理論聯(lián)系實際并以YK公司具體改善實施案例的方式，對移動存儲企業(yè)在新產品導入項目管理模式中的精益思想運用進行研究。本文首先對精益生產和新產品導入項目管理相關理論進行了介紹，提出在新產品導入項目管理中運用精益思想的可行性和必要性。然后重點介紹新產品導入項目管理中基于精益思想的改善實施方案。對新產品導入項目管理中的人員招聘培訓、設備采購、物料采購、生產線平衡生產流程優(yōu)化庫存管理改善5S改善生產維護改善等重點項目運用精益思想進行了研究和改善。最后總結了YK公司新產品導入項目管理中運用精益思想取得的效益和經驗教訓。 通過本文的研究，結合YK公司的實踐與取得的成果，證明精益思想能夠成功運用在移動存儲設備新產品導入項目管理中，并的確能夠消除浪費，降低成本，從而提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid advancement of global economic integration and the rapid development of China's reform and opening up, more and more international multinational corporations have set up R & D centers in Europe, the United States, Japan and other developed countries, and transferred the mass production and manufacturing centers to China. At the same time, due to the rapid updating and replacement of modern products, how to quickly introduce new products and maintain the competitive advantage of low cost is particularly important for the growth and development of the company. Lean production is through the personnel organization, system structure, operation mode, market supply and demand and other aspects of change, so that the production system can quickly adapt to the changing needs of customers, and can streamline the production process of all redundant, useless things, A form of production management that ultimately achieves the best results in all aspects of production, including market supply and marketing. Lean production has been used more and more in the world in recent years. How to introduce lean production and whether lean thought can be used in new product import project management? This is a problem that many manufacturing enterprises need to consider when planning lean production. This paper will draw lessons from the domestic and foreign Lean thought research results, through the combination of theory with practice and YK company to improve the implementation of the case, mobile storage enterprises in the new product introduction project management mode Lean thought application is studied. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of lean production and new product import project management, and puts forward the feasibility and necessity of using lean thought in new product import project management. Then, the improvement scheme based on lean thought in the project management of new product introduction is introduced. Personnel recruitment training, equipment procurement, material procurement, production line balance in new product import project management. Production process optimization? Inventory Management improvement 5S improvement? Production maintenance improvement and other key projects using lean thinking to study and improve. Finally, the benefit and experience of applying lean thought in YK company's new product introduction project management are summarized. Through the research of this paper, combined with the practice and achievement of YK Company, it is proved that Lean thought can be used successfully in the project management of new product introduction of mobile storage device, and it can eliminate waste and reduce cost. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
