集群內(nèi)師徒制企業(yè)間的創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導(dǎo)——基于新塘羽絨產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的案例研究

【摘要】:以新塘羽絨產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為案例研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)該集群的24家企業(yè)進(jìn)行深度訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,刻畫(huà)了12家典型師徒制企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導(dǎo)關(guān)系。研究結(jié)論如下:集群創(chuàng)業(yè)就是在集群情境下發(fā)生的一種創(chuàng)業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導(dǎo)現(xiàn)象,通常表現(xiàn)為"師傅—徒弟(師傅)—徒弟"的遞進(jìn)過(guò)程并呈時(shí)間分布特征;創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導(dǎo)過(guò)程由創(chuàng)業(yè)溢出、創(chuàng)業(yè)感知和創(chuàng)業(yè)跟隨組成,師傅企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)溢出對(duì)徒弟企業(yè)乃至集群創(chuàng)業(yè)具有正反兩方面的巨大影響;集群內(nèi)師徒制企業(yè)的典型創(chuàng)業(yè)傳導(dǎo)路徑有兩種——線性傳導(dǎo)("連帶創(chuàng)業(yè)"和"模仿創(chuàng)業(yè)")和波浪式傳導(dǎo),且以線性傳導(dǎo)的模仿創(chuàng)業(yè)為主,其知識(shí)更新較少。
[Abstract]:Taking Xintang down industry cluster as a case study, on the basis of in-depth interviews with 24 enterprises in the cluster, this paper describes the entrepreneurial conduction relationship of 12 typical master enterprises. The conclusions are as follows: cluster entrepreneurship is a kind of entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial conduction phenomenon that occurs in the cluster context, which is usually characterized by the progressive process of "Shifu-apprentice" (Shifu / apprentice) and its temporal distribution. The entrepreneurial conduction process consists of entrepreneurial spillover, entrepreneurial perception and entrepreneurship followed. The entrepreneurial spillover of master enterprises has a great impact on apprentice enterprises and even cluster entrepreneurship. There are two kinds of typical entrepreneurial conduction paths in clusters: linear conduction ("joint venture" and "imitation entrepreneurship") and wave transmission, and linear conduction is the main way of imitating entrepreneurship, and its knowledge renewal is less.
