【摘要】：建筑行業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)、推動(dòng)社會(huì)全面發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮了積極的作用。最近幾年以來(lái),建筑行業(yè)平穩(wěn)上升,但是,一方面由于全球經(jīng)濟(jì)下滑的影響,另一方面源于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不確定性,我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。建筑企業(yè)如何將自身的粗放管理模式向集約化、精細(xì)化方向轉(zhuǎn)變,完善建筑企業(yè)的內(nèi)部控制,成為建筑企業(yè)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 本論文在介紹了內(nèi)部控制有關(guān)概念和建筑業(yè)定義及其生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)、建筑企業(yè)所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制存在的問(wèn)題及其原因的基礎(chǔ)上,以Y建筑公司為例,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,利用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行因子分析和描述性統(tǒng)計(jì),據(jù)此了解到Y(jié)建筑公司內(nèi)部控制存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了完善建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制的建議。 本論文分六個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行了闡述： 第一部分從本文的研究背景和意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容、技術(shù)路線以及本文的創(chuàng)新之處等相關(guān)內(nèi)容逐一進(jìn)行概述與說(shuō)明。 第二部分主要介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外內(nèi)部控制的發(fā)展過(guò)程。 第三部分主要介紹建筑企業(yè)的定義、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)、建筑企業(yè)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制存在的問(wèn)題及其原因。 第四部分首先介紹Y建筑公司的基本情況,然后通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查,運(yùn)用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)方法中的因子分析和描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析對(duì)Y建筑公司內(nèi)部控制的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并提出解決措施。 第五部分基于個(gè)案的實(shí)證分析,針對(duì)建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制存在的問(wèn)題及其原因,找出有效的解決途徑。 第六部分對(duì)本論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy, which plays an active role in promoting the steady growth of the national economy and promoting the overall development of the society. In recent years, the construction industry has risen steadily. On the one hand, because of the impact of the global economic downturn, on the other hand, because of the uncertainty of China's economic development, Chinese construction enterprises are also facing enormous challenges. The key to the healthy development of the construction enterprise is how to change its extensive management mode to intensive, fine direction and perfect the internal control of the construction enterprise. On the basis of introducing the related concepts of internal control, the definition of construction industry, the characteristics of production and management, the risks faced by construction enterprises, the problems existing in the internal control of construction enterprises and their causes, this paper takes Y construction company as an example. The questionnaire is designed and the factor analysis and descriptive statistics of the questionnaire are carried out by using the SPSS software. Based on this, the problems existing in the internal control of Y construction company are understood, and the suggestions for perfecting the internal control of the construction enterprise are put forward. This paper is divided into six chapters: The first part summarizes and explains the research background and significance, the research content, the technical route and the innovation of this paper. The second part mainly introduces the development process of internal control at home and abroad. The third part mainly introduces the definition of construction enterprises, the characteristics of production and management, the risks faced by construction enterprises, and the problems existing in the internal control of construction enterprises and their causes. The fourth part first introduces the basic situation of Y construction company, then through the field investigation, using the factor analysis and descriptive statistical analysis in the SPSS statistical method to analyze the present situation of Y construction company internal control and put forward the solution. The fifth part is based on the empirical analysis of the case, aiming at the problems and causes of the internal control of the construction enterprises, find out the effective solutions. The sixth part summarizes the thesis.
