包頭地區(qū)“十三五”電網(wǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟社會的不斷發(fā)展和人民生活水平的不斷提高,對電網(wǎng)的要求也不斷提高,而包頭電網(wǎng)逐漸突顯出其安全、穩(wěn)定以及輸送能力等問題。電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃如何適應當前國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的需要,建設安全、可靠、經(jīng)濟和穩(wěn)定運行的電網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為電網(wǎng)的中心問題。本文在《蒙西電網(wǎng)主網(wǎng)架“十三五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究》的基礎上,研究并編制《包頭地區(qū)“十三五”電網(wǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》。主要完成了以下工作:(1)充分收集“十三五”規(guī)劃需求資料,包括“十一五”、“十二五”期間需求的各方面數(shù)據(jù),并針對2015年包頭地區(qū)網(wǎng)架進行電氣計算,發(fā)現(xiàn)包頭地區(qū)存在的問題。(2)根據(jù)“十一五”、“十二五”期間的相關歷史數(shù)據(jù)及未來發(fā)展預期目標,綜合采用彈性系數(shù)法、產(chǎn)值單耗法、回歸分析法、時間序列法等分別對包頭市國民生產(chǎn)總值、全社會用電量需求、供電負荷進行預測。(3)詳細分析新能源機組100%、70%、50%等情況下的包頭電網(wǎng)整體電力平衡和220kV側電力平衡和分區(qū)電力平衡等,提出了包頭電網(wǎng)的電源建設與網(wǎng)架建設方案,并詳細制定變電站規(guī)劃方案,對包含500kV、220kV、110kV的主網(wǎng)架進行規(guī)劃,對電網(wǎng)結構進行論證,并對“十三五”規(guī)劃進行投資估算?茖W、超前的規(guī)劃電網(wǎng)發(fā)展對今后電網(wǎng)建設的經(jīng)濟規(guī)范運作、統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃電網(wǎng)、電源建設有重要指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the economic society and the continuous improvement of the people's living standards, the demand for the power grid is also increasing, and the Baotou power grid has gradually highlighted its safety, stability and transport capacity. How to adapt to the needs of the current national economic and social development, the power grid has been built in a safe, reliable, economical and stable operation On the basis of the "13th Five-Year" development planning study of the main grid frame of the Mengxi power grid, this paper has studied and compiled the "13th Five-Year" power grid development plan of the Baotou area in 13th Five-Year. The following work has been completed mainly: (1) fully collect the "13th Five-Year" planning requirements, including the "11th Five-Year" and "12th Five-Year" requirements. According to the data of various aspects of Baotou area network frame in 2015, the existing problems in the Baotou area are found. (2) according to the historical data of "11th Five-Year", "12th Five-Year" and the future development target, elastic coefficient method, output value single consumption method, regression analysis method, time series method, etc. are used in Baotou City, respectively. Gross national product (GNP), whole social electricity demand, power supply load forecast. (3) detailed analysis of the overall power balance and 220kV side power balance and the zoning power balance of the Baotou power grid under the conditions of 100%, 70%, 50% of the new energy units, and put forward the power construction and grid construction scheme of the Baotou power grid, and make a detailed plan for the substation. The main network framework including 500kV, 220kV and 110kV is planned, the structure of the power grid is demonstrated, and the investment estimation of the "13th Five-Year" plan is carried out. The scientific development of the advanced planning grid will be of great significance to the economic standard operation of the power grid construction in the future, the overall planning of the power grid and the power supply construction.
