淮北:探索“復合型”醫(yī)療保險付費方式成效顯著

【摘要】：正近年來,安徽省淮北市不斷加大城鎮(zhèn)基本醫(yī)療保險付費方式改革力度,積極探索"總額預算、彈性結(jié)算、按病種付費"的復合型費用結(jié)算方式,為控制醫(yī)藥費用不合理增長和保障基金安全等發(fā)揮了重要作用。總額預付控制。通過總額控制,有效控制醫(yī)院任意擴大服務(wù)項目、增加住院天數(shù)和病人數(shù)量,遏制醫(yī)療機構(gòu)追求經(jīng)濟利益最大化的行為,促使醫(yī)療機構(gòu)積極控制醫(yī)療消費。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Huai Bei City, Anhui Province, has continuously intensified the reform of the basic medical insurance payment method in cities and towns, and has actively explored the compound cost settlement method of "total budget, flexible settlement and payment by disease". It plays an important role in controlling the unreasonable growth of medical expenses and ensuring the safety of the fund. Total advance control. Through the total amount control, the hospital can effectively control the arbitrary expansion of service items, increase the number of patients and days in hospital, restrain the medical institutions from pursuing the maximization of economic benefits, and urge the medical institutions to actively control the medical consumption.
