【摘要】：正在我們的學(xué)校文化建設(shè)中,參與代替了包辦,生成代替了復(fù)制,過程代替了結(jié)果。2010年7月,我擔(dān)任山東省淄博市臨淄區(qū)晏嬰小學(xué)校長。當(dāng)時(shí)學(xué)校的情況不容樂觀:教師是從全區(qū)各學(xué)校抽調(diào)來的;學(xué)生也是從附近幾所學(xué)校轉(zhuǎn)移過來的,可以說,這所小學(xué)就是東拼西湊而成。怎樣將這些來自"五湖四海"的師生凝聚起來?我發(fā)現(xiàn):只有構(gòu)建學(xué)校文化,讓全校師生擁有一種大家認(rèn)同的精神,學(xué)校才會(huì)有凝聚力和向心力,才能蓬勃發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In our school culture construction, the participation has replaced the arrangement, the generation has replaced the copy, the process has replaced the result. In July 2010, I was the principal of Yan Ying Primary School in Zibo City, Shandong Province. The situation at that time was not optimistic: teachers were drawn from schools in the whole district and students were transferred from nearby schools, so to speak, the primary school was a patchwork. How to bring together these teachers and students from all over the world? I find that only by constructing the school culture and allowing the teachers and students to have a spirit that everyone agrees with can the school have cohesion and centripetal force and flourish.
