【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、文化多元化、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的今天,我們必須密切關(guān)注世界教育的變化和走勢。當(dāng)今世界正處在大發(fā)展、大變革、大調(diào)整時機(jī),世界多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化深入發(fā)展,科技進(jìn)步日新月異,人才競爭日趨激烈,而人才的培養(yǎng)關(guān)鍵是教育。實(shí)施科教興國戰(zhàn)略和人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略,優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育,全面貫徹黨的教育方針,培養(yǎng)德、智、體、美、勞全面發(fā)展的社會主義建設(shè)者和接班人。德、智、體、美、勞的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)中,美育作為重要的組成部分,就應(yīng)該從小學(xué)抓起。然而地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡,使得各地的教育存在很大的差異,美術(shù)教育工作者們也只能根據(jù)自己本校的實(shí)際情況,靈活運(yùn)用多種教學(xué)方法,從而使美術(shù)教學(xué)得以順利開展。
[Abstract]:In today's economic globalization, cultural diversity and information networking, we must pay close attention to the changes and trends of world education. Nowadays the world is in the great development, the big change, the big adjustment opportunity, the world multipolarization, the economic globalization thorough development, the science and technology progress with each passing day, the talented person competition day by day intense, and the talented person training key is the education. To implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents, giving priority to developing education, comprehensively carrying out the Party's educational policy, and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical integrity, beauty and labor. Aesthetic education as an important part of the cultivation goals of morality, intelligence, body, beauty and labor should be started from primary school. However, the imbalance of regional economic development makes the education in various places very different. Art educators can only use various teaching methods flexibly according to their own school's actual situation, so that the fine arts teaching can be carried out smoothly.
