小學(xué)低年級(jí)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:小學(xué)是學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成的關(guān)鍵期,在這個(gè)時(shí)期如果能夠養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,將會(huì)對(duì)其未來(lái)學(xué)業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重要影響。良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣對(duì)學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)至關(guān)重要,它不僅有利于學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí),提高學(xué)習(xí)效率和學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī),而且能夠提升學(xué)生的素養(yǎng)、促進(jìn)身心健康發(fā)展。因此,培養(yǎng)小學(xué)低年級(jí)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,對(duì)其今后的發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文以新鄉(xiāng)市C小學(xué)為例,對(duì)該校低年級(jí)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,輔以對(duì)教師及家長(zhǎng)的訪(fǎng)談,梳理出低年級(jí)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣存在的問(wèn)題。在掌握了基本情況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析問(wèn)題原因,探求解決方法,從而幫助低年級(jí)學(xué)生提高學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,使其在學(xué)業(yè)中有所進(jìn)步,為以后的發(fā)展奠定良好基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)小學(xué)低年級(jí)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)的慣現(xiàn)狀存在以下問(wèn)題:課前預(yù)習(xí)不主動(dòng)、課前情緒調(diào)整不到位;上課注意力不集中、缺乏質(zhì)疑能力;課后做作業(yè)不認(rèn)真、自查作業(yè)的效果和意識(shí)不高、課后復(fù)習(xí)不積極、課外閱讀無(wú)計(jì)劃等。任何事物的形成都不是單方面的,經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)這些現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題主要來(lái)源于三方面,分別是學(xué)生缺乏對(duì)自身學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣培養(yǎng)的意識(shí)、學(xué)校與教師缺乏對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣培養(yǎng)的主動(dòng)性、家長(zhǎng)缺乏對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣培養(yǎng)的重視。為了使小學(xué)低年級(jí)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,從以下三方面提出了改進(jìn)策略:首先從學(xué)生自身方面,學(xué)生自查不良習(xí)慣,增強(qiáng)自我意識(shí);運(yùn)用科學(xué)方法,提高自控能力。其次從學(xué)校和教師方面,學(xué)校要積極營(yíng)造學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)氛圍,教師應(yīng)加強(qiáng)自身教育的引導(dǎo)性與示范性,采取有效方式培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。第三從家庭教育方面,家長(zhǎng)要重視學(xué)生良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)與監(jiān)督,加強(qiáng)和教師的溝通、合作與交流,采取科學(xué)合理的培養(yǎng)方式。只有學(xué)生、教師和家長(zhǎng)同心合力,才能從根本上培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,在未來(lái)生活中獲得更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Primary school is the key period for students to develop good learning habits. If they can form good learning habits in this period, it will have an important impact on their future academic development. Good study habit is very important for students' growth. It is not only beneficial to students' learning, improving their learning efficiency and academic achievement, but also improving students' accomplishment and promoting their physical and mental health. Therefore, it is of great significance to cultivate good learning habits for the lower grade students in primary school. Taking Xinxiang C Primary School as an example, this paper makes an investigation and research on the present situation of the students' learning habits in the lower grade of this school, and combines the interviews with the teachers and parents to sort out the problems existing in the learning habits of the students of the lower grade. On the basis of mastering the basic situation, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and explores the solutions, so as to help the students of the lower grade to improve their study habits and make some progress in their studies, thus laying a good foundation for the future development. Through the investigation, we find that there are the following problems in the habit status of the students in the lower grade of primary school: the pre-class preparation is not active, the pre-class mood adjustment is not in place, the attention in class is not focused, the ability to question is lacking, and the homework after class is not serious. Self-check the effect of homework and awareness is not high, after-class review is not active, no plans to read after-class. The formation of anything is not unilateral. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that the problems existing in these present situations are mainly from three aspects, namely, the students' lack of awareness of cultivating their own learning habits. Schools and teachers lack the initiative to cultivate students' learning habits, and parents lack attention to the cultivation of students' learning habits. In order to make the students in the lower grade of primary school develop good study habits, the improvement strategies are put forward from the following three aspects: first, from the aspects of students themselves, the students can check their bad habits and enhance their self-awareness, and use scientific methods to improve their ability of self-control. Secondly, from the aspect of school and teachers, schools should actively build up the atmosphere of learning habits, teachers should strengthen the guidance and demonstration of their own education, and take effective ways to cultivate students' good learning habits. Thirdly, from the aspect of family education, parents should pay attention to the cultivation and supervision of students' good study habits, strengthen the communication, cooperation and exchange with teachers, and adopt scientific and reasonable training methods. Only when students, teachers and parents work together, can we fundamentally cultivate students' good study habits and get better development in their future life.
