鄂爾多斯市東勝區(qū)小學(xué)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題對(duì)策
[Abstract]:Teaching team is an important platform to improve teachers' quality and teaching level. Only by deeply studying and promoting the construction of teaching team, can some difficult teaching problems be presented and solved in the course of fully integrating educational resources, and the leading role of famous teachers can be brought into full play. In order to fundamentally promote the professional growth and development of teachers, and ultimately serve students. At present, the construction of teaching team in Dongsheng District of Ordos is at the stage of development, and there are few achievements that can be used for reference in the construction of teaching team. The few existing research is only in the theoretical level, the in-depth investigation and research is even less. As for different types of teaching teams, the research on how to share resources with other teams needs to be further expanded. Based on the theories of management, education, psychology, literature review and questionnaire survey, this study explores the characteristics and theoretical basis of primary school teaching team in Ordos. This paper analyzes the connotation, elements, characteristics and significance of the teaching team in Ordos. This paper studies the feasibility and construction strategy of teaching team construction in primary schools in Ordos. The research is divided into four parts: the first part, "introduction", mainly explains the definition of the concept of this study, the significance of the study, mainly discusses the connotation of the teaching team, the composition of the elements, the characteristics of the good teaching team, the meaning of the teaching team building. Meaning and content, this is the basic problem of this study. The second part is the present situation of teaching team construction in Dongsheng District of Ordos City. The present situation of primary school teaching team in Dongsheng District of Ordos City was investigated by questionnaire, and the existing problems were pointed out. The third part is to analyze the reasons of the problems in the construction of primary school teaching team in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, in order to find out the crux of the problem, to solve the problem in an all-round way, and to provide the basis. The fourth part is to put forward the strategy of promoting the construction of teaching team in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, from "creating a good environment, setting up common vision and goal, strengthening the construction of mechanism, perfecting assessment and evaluation". This paper discusses the strategies of constructing teaching team in primary school in Ordos from four aspects: setting up a teaching team with moderate scale and reasonable structure and cultivating the spirit of cooperation. With the deepening of teaching team research, the research on primary school teaching team building will be more advanced. This study is willing to promote the promotion and development of the overall quality of primary school teachers.
