小學校園足球骨干師資培訓課程體系的研究
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of teenagers' physical quality, campus football started in 2009, and it has been 8 years. During this 8-year development period, accumulated a lot of experience, but also found a lot of problems. With the holding of the 2014 teleconference and the launching of the National training Circular of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Young School Football backbone Teachers in 2015. Our country clearly and firmly regards football as the breakthrough point of school physical education to promote the development of young people's physical quality, to cultivate their perseverance, the spirit of unity and cooperation and the direction of shaping their good qualities, such as rules, politeness, respect for teachers and so on. After the notice of campus football backbone teacher training was issued, colleges and universities carried on the training matters one after another. According to the training objectives mentioned in the notice, the training contents formulated the training course plan. In order to solve the problem of teaching staff on campus football, all the students, teachers and lecturers from all over the world have devoted themselves enthusiastically to the work of campus football with full enthusiasm. This dedication for the cause of football their own little strength of the spirit of all football people's hearts. However, due to the lack of systematic research on training curriculum, training objectives, curriculum contents, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation, there is no systematic standard in the training of backbone teachers. As a result, the training does not meet the needs and objectives of the trainees. Through the study of the curriculum system of primary school football backbone teachers training, we find that: 1, the current primary school football backbone teachers training curriculum system is not perfect, in the curriculum, the curriculum objectives, curriculum content, There is no scientific, concrete basis and principle in curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. 2. Trainees need to be supplemented by theoretical knowledge to improve their understanding of campus football and to improve their understanding of football teaching and training. It needs to be practiced to ensure the accumulation of certain teaching experience in football education before entering the post. 3. The curriculum system of primary school football backbone teachers training needs to be further improved, and the training course design needs to be based on the needs of the trainees. Related factors, such as adult learning theory, physical education curriculum theory and so on, should be considered in combination with the characteristics of football and the ability of pupils to acquire football knowledge. In order to improve students' football teaching and training ability, appropriate subject content should be selected on the basis of following certain principles. Based on the basis and principle of the four major elements of the curriculum system, and according to the course organization method of horizontal and vertical, logical order and grade level, this paper organizes and arranges the curriculum contents of primary school football backbone teachers' training. The elementary level two and level three are taken as the primary and intermediate training courses, and the elementary level two and level three are taken as the advanced training courses for the football team.
