【摘要】：目的了解深圳市小學(xué)生含氟牙膏使用及其對(duì)小學(xué)生使用含氟牙膏的影響,為制定口腔健康教育措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用二階段抽樣方法,在深圳市龍華新區(qū)4個(gè)街道選擇34所小學(xué),將小學(xué)一、二年級(jí)學(xué)生的母親做為調(diào)查對(duì)象開展問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 3 120名小學(xué)生母親的含氟牙膏使用率為39.52%,小學(xué)生含氟牙膏使用率為28.43%。公立學(xué)校和私立學(xué)校小學(xué)生含氟牙膏使用率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=1.47,P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析顯示,母親使用含氟牙膏(OR=32.46,95%CI=22.15~43.78)、母親聽說過含氟牙膏(OR=5.11,95%CI=2.39~8.24)、母親了解含氟牙膏益處(OR=2.93,95%CI=1.42~5.23)、母親督促孩子刷牙(OR=1.79,95%CI=1.18~2.25)、母親購買含氟牙膏(OR值分別為3.74,3.59,95%CI=2.12~4.94,2.08~4.61)及母親定期帶孩子看牙醫(yī)(OR值分別為2.46,2.08,95%CI分別為1.37~3.75,1.23~3.14)均可以促使孩子使用含氟牙膏。結(jié)論小學(xué)生母親的知識(shí)、態(tài)度和行為對(duì)小學(xué)生含氟牙膏使用有影響,對(duì)小學(xué)生母親開展健康教育和行為干預(yù)是促進(jìn)兒童使用含氟牙膏的有效措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the use of fluoride toothpaste in primary school students in Shenzhen and its influence on the use of fluoride toothpaste in primary school students, so as to provide basis for oral health education. Methods A two-stage sampling method was used to select 34 primary schools in 4 streets of Longhua New District of Shenzhen City. The mothers of the first and second grade students were investigated by questionnaire. Results the utilization rate of fluoride toothpaste was 39.52 for mothers of 3 120 pupils and 28.43 for primary school children. There was no significant difference in the use of fluoride toothpaste between public and private school pupils (蠂 2 1.47%, P0.05). Logistic regression analysis, P < 0.05). Mother uses fluoride toothpaste (OR=32.46,95%CI=22.15~43.78), mother has heard of fluoride toothpaste (OR=5.11,95%CI=2.39~8.24), mother knows fluoride toothpaste benefits (OR=2.93,95%CI=1.42~5.23), mother urges her children to brush their teeth (OR=1.79,95%CI=1.18~2.25), mother buys fluorinated toothpaste (OR = 3.743.59.95CI2.12) and mother regularly takes children to the dentist (OR = 2.46 / 2.08C = 95CI, respectively). 1.37 ~ 3.75 ~ 1.23 ~ 3 ~ 3.14) can promote children to use fluoride toothpaste. Conclusion the knowledge, attitude and behavior of primary school mothers have an effect on the use of fluoride toothpaste. Health education and behavioral intervention for primary school children are effective measures to promote children to use fluoride toothpaste.
