教師之樂(lè)在于從游

【摘要】:教師之樂(lè)在于從游之樂(lè),即教師與師長(zhǎng)、友朋和學(xué)生的相偕游學(xué)問(wèn)津的快樂(lè)。讓小魚(yú)在大魚(yú)的引導(dǎo)下借助中魚(yú)傳感而成長(zhǎng)為自己想象的大魚(yú),是現(xiàn)代大學(xué)從游式教育的核心精神之所在。教師的快樂(lè)之源固然在于為師之道,但更在于與之從游的游伴的在場(chǎng)、陪伴及共在。從游過(guò)程建構(gòu)的相偕暢游方式在當(dāng)今注重"生物圈"中"分享"的時(shí)代有著奠基意義。當(dāng)今教育目標(biāo)將是致力于全體公民的"生物圈"意識(shí)培育,而從游式教育及其快樂(lè)可以為此提供可資借鑒的傳統(tǒng)范式。
[Abstract]:The joy of teachers lies in the joy of swimming, that is, teachers and teachers, friends and students. It is the core spirit of the modern university to grow into a big fish with the help of the fish in the guidance of the fish, which is the core of the modern university. The source of the teacher's happiness lies in the teacher's way, but it is more about it. From the presence of swimming partners, companionship and coexistence, the way of traveling together from the process of swimming has a fundamental significance in the "biosphere" of today's "biosphere". The goal of education today is to cultivate the "biosphere" consciousness of all citizens, and to provide the traditional paradigm that can be used for reference from tourism education and its happiness.
