  隨著人們認(rèn)識(shí)到婦女在社會(huì)中的作用的重要性,人們?cè)絹碓疥P(guān)注與性別不平等有關(guān)的問題。這個(gè)問題已經(jīng)成為全球性問題,深刻影響著發(fā)展中國(guó)家和發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展。由于研究領(lǐng)域廣泛,性別不平等有多種解釋。因此,本研究的關(guān)注點(diǎn)在于亞美尼亞勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)上高等教育畢業(yè)生中存在的性別不平等問題。作為一個(gè)不超過30年前獲得獨(dú)立的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,亞美尼亞的高等教育畢業(yè)生在勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)中面臨著性別不平等方面的多種挑戰(zhàn)。為了應(yīng)對(duì)全球發(fā)生的全球變化,亞美尼亞決策者也承認(rèn)性別平衡在勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)中的重要作用,主要是指高等教育畢業(yè)生。因此,本研究的目的是研究亞美尼亞勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)上性別分布的現(xiàn)狀,尤其是亞美尼亞勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)上男女高等教育畢業(yè)生的比例,以及他們將其學(xué)歷用于職業(yè)的可能性,他們傾向于選擇男性/女性工作的傾向,以及男性和女性高等教育畢業(yè)生對(duì)亞美尼亞勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)性別不平等的看法和信念。本研究采用調(diào)查形式的定量方法,旨在成功實(shí)現(xiàn)本研究的研究目標(biāo)。代表性樣本數(shù)量為300名高等教育畢業(yè)生,他們的學(xué)士學(xué)位或同等學(xué)歷畢業(yè)不超過五年,并且沒有繼續(xù)攻讀更高學(xué)位。定量數(shù)據(jù)是由E-Questionnai re(使用Google表單的在線版本)收集...
