污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行性能實(shí)測(cè)與節(jié)能潛力分析

【摘要】:筆者對(duì)大連某原生污水源熱泵供熱供冷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)測(cè),獲得了該系統(tǒng)供暖季和供冷季的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),供暖季污水溫度平均值為10.45℃,機(jī)組和系統(tǒng)平均COP分別為5.02和3.93;供冷季污水溫度平均值為18.43℃,供冷季機(jī)組和系統(tǒng)平均COP分別為6.26和4.54。為了進(jìn)一步減少污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行能耗,提高系統(tǒng)COP,一方面對(duì)污水換熱器換熱系數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)試研究,與運(yùn)行初期相比污水換熱器換熱系數(shù)下降了50.08%,更換換熱器后,機(jī)組和系統(tǒng)COP分別提高了16.08%和11.36%,說(shuō)明污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)定期清潔和更換換熱器的重要性;另一方面對(duì)污水源熱泵機(jī)組變工況運(yùn)行時(shí)蒸發(fā)器側(cè)和冷凝器側(cè)進(jìn)水溫度和流量對(duì)機(jī)組性能影響進(jìn)行分析,基于Data Fit軟件建立了機(jī)組性能隨蒸發(fā)器和冷凝器進(jìn)水溫度和流量變化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并基于TRNSYS平臺(tái)對(duì)系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷側(cè)水泵定頻和變頻工況分別進(jìn)行模擬,變頻運(yùn)行機(jī)組和系統(tǒng)COP均增加,系統(tǒng)累計(jì)能耗減少約18.52%。
