酯類聚羧酸減水劑的微波制備與性能表征

【摘要】:利用微波技術(shù)清潔、高效、靶向等特點(diǎn),分別采用微波合成法和常規(guī)油浴法,以聚乙二醇單甲醚(MPEG),甲基丙烯酸(MAA)等原材料制備甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(MPEGMAA),并進(jìn)一步聚合成酯類聚羧酸減水劑進(jìn)行性能對(duì)比.分別研究了酸醇比、催化劑用量、阻聚劑用量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、酯化溫度以及微波功率對(duì)酯化大單體酯化率的影響規(guī)律,并基于微波合成法得出最優(yōu)配比與工藝方案:n(MAA)∶n(MPEG)=5.0∶1.0,催化劑用量為MPEG質(zhì)量的4.5%,阻聚劑用量為MAA質(zhì)量的0.28%,酯化溫度為120℃,酯化時(shí)間為100min,微波功率為1 000W.微波合成法的酯化率為93.47%,是常規(guī)油浴法的1.14倍,反應(yīng)速率為常規(guī)油浴法的4.8倍.通過(guò)水泥凈漿流動(dòng)度試驗(yàn)、流變學(xué)研究以及紅外光譜分析得出,微波合成法更有利于酯化大單體酯鍵的形成,且合成的酯類聚羧酸減水劑分散性及分散保持性更優(yōu).
[Abstract]:Microwave synthesis method and conventional oil bath method were used to make use of the characteristics of microwave cleaning, high efficiency, targeting and so on. Methoxy poly (ethylene glycol) methacrylate (MPEGMAA),) was prepared from polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether (MPEG),) methacrylate (MAA) and further polymerized to ester polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer. The effects of the ratio of acid to alcohol, the amount of catalyst, the amount of inhibitor, the reaction time, the temperature of esterification and microwave power on the esterification rate of macromonomer were studied.
