【摘要】：我國(guó)產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)經(jīng)過(guò)20多年的實(shí)踐探索和發(fā)展，已經(jīng)走到了急需創(chuàng)新和變革的關(guān)口上，深入分析影響產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的因素及創(chuàng)新的作用有著非常重要的意義。吉林長(zhǎng)春產(chǎn)權(quán)交易中心是優(yōu)化吉林省資源配置的中心市場(chǎng)，促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)融資發(fā)展的服務(wù)窗口，然而，其在發(fā)展中也存在許多問(wèn)題。 本文以產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)理論、制度變遷理論等為基礎(chǔ)，比較研究全國(guó)代表省份產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)發(fā)展歷史、現(xiàn)狀、格局、模式的異同，比較和借鑒京、津、滬、渝等規(guī)模較大、活躍度較高地區(qū)在產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)及交易品種創(chuàng)新、內(nèi)部管理機(jī)制創(chuàng)新、省際區(qū)域性產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)建設(shè)方面的作法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合區(qū)域性產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)發(fā)生的典型事件，，全面分析我國(guó)產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)發(fā)展特征、演化趨勢(shì)、影響因素等。用定量研究方法對(duì)產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系展開(kāi)分析，并用格蘭杰（Granger）因果檢驗(yàn)方法驗(yàn)證其雙向的影響關(guān)系。引入虛擬變量計(jì)量分析方法，提出創(chuàng)新對(duì)各地區(qū)產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的決定性作用，提煉出產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在規(guī)律。 在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上，文章認(rèn)真剖析吉林省區(qū)域性產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和問(wèn)題，深入分析其功能與作用方面的制約因素，市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、體制機(jī)制、配套措施等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)，并結(jié)合吉林省“十二五”規(guī)劃實(shí)施帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇和影響，提出吉林省產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)應(yīng)采取多種創(chuàng)新手段，開(kāi)展增值業(yè)務(wù)，搭建新型服務(wù)平臺(tái)，加大中小企業(yè)融資、企業(yè)兼并重組等方面的拓展空間，加強(qiáng)跨地區(qū)合作、市場(chǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展、加快構(gòu)建多層次資本市場(chǎng)體系等策略。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years of practical exploration and development, China's property exchange market has reached the threshold of urgent need of innovation and reform. It is of great significance to analyze the factors that affect the development of property rights market and the role of innovation. Jilin Changchun property right transaction Center is the service window to optimize the resource allocation of Jilin Province and promote the financing development of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, there are many problems in its development. Based on the theory of property right trading market and the theory of institutional change, this paper makes a comparative study on the development history, present situation, pattern and pattern of the property right trading market in China's representative provinces, and compares and draws lessons from the large scale of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing. The practices and experiences in the development of property rights market, the innovation of transaction variety, the innovation of internal management mechanism and the construction of inter-provincial regional property rights trading market in high activity areas, combined with the typical events in the regional property rights market, This paper comprehensively analyzes the development characteristics, evolution trend and influencing factors of property right trading market in China. The relationship between property market and economic development is analyzed with quantitative analysis method, and Granger causality test is used to verify its bidirectional influence relationship. By introducing the method of fictitious variable econometric analysis, this paper puts forward the decisive role of innovation in the development of property right trading market in various regions, and abstracts the inherent law of property right transaction market development. On the basis of the above research, the article seriously analyzes the present situation, characteristics and problems of the development of regional property market in Jilin Province, and deeply analyzes its advantages in the aspects of function and function, market environment, institutional mechanism, supporting measures, etc. Combined with the opportunity and influence brought by the implementation of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Jilin Province, this paper puts forward that the property right trading market in Jilin Province should adopt various innovative means, develop value-added business, build a new service platform, and increase the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. Such strategies as expanding the space of enterprise merger and reorganization, strengthening cross-regional cooperation, developing market network, speeding up the construction of multi-level capital market system, etc.
