【摘要】：珠海市產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)經(jīng)過(guò)十多年的探索和發(fā)展，成為了廣東省西部地區(qū)企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)、股權(quán)、公共資源等權(quán)益類交易和企業(yè)融資服務(wù)平臺(tái)，在粵西乃至珠三角地區(qū)的企業(yè)資產(chǎn)重組及經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。 本文在對(duì)產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)珠海市產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展歷程、取得業(yè)績(jī)、綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析，肯定了珠海市產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)在公共資源市場(chǎng)化配置、幫助中小企融資、建設(shè)粵西地區(qū)產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)等方面的成績(jī)，但珠海市產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)也存在著問(wèn)題，例如：成交規(guī)模偏小、創(chuàng)新不足、人員數(shù)量質(zhì)量待提高等問(wèn)題。 2009年，橫琴新區(qū)被列為國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū)，中央和廣東省政府賦予了橫琴一系列金融優(yōu)惠政策，珠海市產(chǎn)權(quán)交易市場(chǎng)抓住這一難得的歷史機(jī)遇，正在籌建橫琴跨境產(chǎn)權(quán)交易所，結(jié)合橫琴新區(qū)金融優(yōu)惠政策創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)，豐富交易品種，，提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量，擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)規(guī)模，解決中小企業(yè)融資難問(wèn)題，促進(jìn)跨境資本流動(dòng)，加快粵西地區(qū)產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)的建設(shè)，推動(dòng)珠海和粵西地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After more than a decade of exploration and development, Zhuhai's property right trading market has become a platform for enterprise property rights, equity, public resources and other rights and interests transactions and enterprise financing services in the western part of Guangdong Province. It plays an important role in assets reorganization and economic structure adjustment in western Guangdong and even the Pearl River Delta. On the basis of analyzing the relevant theories of property right transaction market, this paper analyzes the development course, achievement and comprehensive advantage of Zhuhai property right transaction market, and affirms the market allocation of public resources in Zhuhai property right transaction market. To help small and medium-sized enterprises to raise funds and build a property market in western Guangdong, but there are also problems in Zhuhai's property exchange market, such as the small scale of transactions, insufficient innovation, and the need to improve the quantity and quality of personnel. In 2009, Hengqin New District is listed as a state-level new district. The central government and the Guangdong provincial government have given Hengqin a series of preferential financial policies. The Zhuhai property rights trading market has seized this rare historical opportunity and is preparing to build a cross-border property rights exchange in Hengqin. Combining with the innovative business of financial preferential policies in Hengqin New District, enriching the variety of transactions, improving service quality, expanding the scale of the property market, solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting cross-border capital flow, and speeding up the construction of property rights market in western Guangdong. Promote economic development in Zhuhai and western Guangdong.
