中國傳統(tǒng)靜態(tài)社會治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)與現(xiàn)代啟示

【摘要】：中國傳統(tǒng)以郡縣制為基礎(chǔ)的靜態(tài)社會治理模式在維護(hù)國家統(tǒng)一和社會穩(wěn)定方面顯示了強(qiáng)大的生命力和優(yōu)越性。但是,在社會急劇轉(zhuǎn)型的當(dāng)下,靜態(tài)社會治理模式越來越呈現(xiàn)出嚴(yán)重的不適應(yīng)、不符合的問題,這主要是由于中國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入流動社會,治理主體和治理需求發(fā)生了深刻變化。在新的歷史起點(diǎn)上汲取傳統(tǒng)社會治理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和智慧,對于推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化具有極為重要的實(shí)踐價值。
[Abstract]:The traditional static social governance model based on county system in China has shown strong vitality and superiority in maintaining national unity and social stability. However, with the rapid transformation of society, the static social governance model is showing more and more serious problems, which is mainly due to the fact that China has entered a mobile society, and the main body of governance and governance needs have undergone profound changes. Drawing on the experience and wisdom of traditional social governance from the new historical starting point is of great practical value to promote the modernization of national governance.
