【摘要】：科技型小微企業(yè)是科技創(chuàng)新的主要力量,其提供大量就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)并創(chuàng)造社會(huì)價(jià)值,為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用,但初創(chuàng)期的企業(yè)存在技術(shù)不成熟、市場(chǎng)不穩(wěn)定、融資困難等方面的問(wèn)題,其生存與發(fā)展面臨極大的考驗(yàn)。這樣對(duì)科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)立并成功運(yùn)營(yíng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、教訓(xùn)、關(guān)鍵影響因素的分析對(duì)潛在的創(chuàng)業(yè)者就顯得有必要性。本文試圖在本人親自創(chuàng)立的科技型小微企業(yè)A公司的有效創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合、市場(chǎng)及技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的組建、公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)營(yíng),營(yíng)銷、管理、困境、瓶頸、市場(chǎng)打開、如何進(jìn)一步拓展并深化局面、股東利益的分配思考等創(chuàng)業(yè)的實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,思考并挖掘影響科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)初期生存的關(guān)鍵影響因素,探索科技型小微企業(yè)初創(chuàng)期的成功運(yùn)作模式和創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中需要注意的問(wèn)題,為科技型創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)準(zhǔn)備和政府優(yōu)化創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系提供參考及啟示,以期增加初創(chuàng)期科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的可能性。
[Abstract]:Science and technology small and micro enterprises are the main force of science and technology innovation. They provide a large number of employment opportunities and create social value. They play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic and social development. Financing difficulties and other aspects of the problems, its survival and development is facing a great test. In this way, it is necessary for potential entrepreneurs to analyze the experiences, lessons and key influencing factors of the establishment and successful operation of science and technology small and micro enterprises. This paper attempts to integrate effective entrepreneurial resources, establish market and technical team, design, operate, marketing, manage, predicament, bottleneck, market opening, and open the market of the small and micro tech company A, which I have personally founded. How to further expand and deepen the situation and the distribution of shareholders' interests in the process of entrepreneurial practice, thinking and mining the key factors that affect the early survival of small and micro science and technology enterprises, To explore the successful operation mode and the problems in the start-up process of the small and micro enterprises of science and technology type, and to provide reference and inspiration for the entrepreneurial preparation of the science and technology entrepreneurs and the optimization of the service system of the enterprises by the government. With a view to increasing the initial stage of small and micro-tech enterprises to start-up the possibility of success.
