中國(guó)游客赴美旅游行為意向研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),中國(guó)的國(guó)際地位不斷提高,中美兩國(guó)不管是正式的合作關(guān)系還是非正式的民間交往都在不斷加強(qiáng),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展帶來(lái)的是中國(guó)居民的生活水平不斷得到改善且更加注重精神需要的滿(mǎn)足,中國(guó)游客不再僅僅滿(mǎn)足于國(guó)內(nèi)旅游或我國(guó)周邊國(guó)家的短距離出境游,跨洲際的長(zhǎng)距離出境旅游尤其是赴美旅游逐漸成為熱點(diǎn),中美旅游業(yè)內(nèi)人士分析指出,中國(guó)游客赴美旅游將會(huì)在未來(lái)幾年持續(xù)升溫。雖然中國(guó)居民赴美旅行發(fā)展迅速,但是這一市場(chǎng)熱點(diǎn)現(xiàn)象在學(xué)術(shù)界還沒(méi)有受到國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的足夠重視,對(duì)中國(guó)游客跨洲際遠(yuǎn)距離出境游尤其是以美國(guó)為目的地的相關(guān)研究涉及較少,且大都為理論分析與定性研究。本文以具有赴美旅游意愿的潛在赴美中國(guó)游客為研究對(duì)象,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)于旅游者行為偏好研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建中國(guó)游客赴美旅游行為意向研究模型,并結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)回顧與訪(fǎng)談法設(shè)置問(wèn)卷,對(duì)赴美中國(guó)游客群體進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,從而對(duì)中國(guó)游客赴美旅游行為意向進(jìn)行定量分析,不僅豐富了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究,也為進(jìn)一步深層次的研究提供了基礎(chǔ)。順應(yīng)我國(guó)赴美旅游迅速發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),本項(xiàng)目將從食、住、行、游、購(gòu)、娛六大方面對(duì)中國(guó)居民赴美旅行的行為意向進(jìn)行全面深入的調(diào)研,了解我國(guó)赴美旅行者的行為模式,掌握游客需求特征,同時(shí)給出建設(shè)性的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略,有的放矢地對(duì)出境游旅行社、中間商、美國(guó)供應(yīng)商提出改善其經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式的措施,以期為赴美旅行的中國(guó)游客提供更好的旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。因此本課題對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)游客赴美旅游活動(dòng)的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's international status has been continuously improved, and both China and the United States have been strengthening their formal cooperative relations and informal people-to-people exchanges. The rapid development of China's economy has brought about the continuous improvement of the living standards of Chinese residents and the more attention paid to the satisfaction of spiritual needs. Chinese tourists are no longer satisfied only with domestic tourism or short-distance outbound trips of China's neighboring countries. Intercontinental long distance outbound tourism, especially to the United States, is becoming a hot spot. Chinese and American tourism industry analysts point out that Chinese tourists to the United States will continue to warm up in the next few years. Although the travel of Chinese residents to the United States has developed rapidly, this hot market phenomenon has not received enough attention from scholars at home and abroad. There are few researches on Chinese tourists' intercontinental long distance outbound trips, especially on American destinations, and most of them are theoretical analysis and qualitative research. This paper takes the potential Chinese tourists who have the desire to travel to the United States as the research object. Based on the research results of the domestic scholars' preference for tourists' behavior, this paper constructs a study model of the Chinese tourists' tourist behavior intention to the United States. Combined with the related literature review and interview method set up a questionnaire to the Chinese tourist groups to the United States, so as to quantitative analysis of the intention of Chinese tourists to the United States, not only enriched the relevant fields of research. It also provides the foundation for further research. In keeping with the trend of rapid development of Chinese tourism to the United States, this project will conduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation on the behavior intentions of Chinese residents travelling to the United States from the following six aspects: food, shelter, travel, shopping and entertainment, in order to understand the behavior patterns of Chinese tourists to the United States. Grasp the characteristics of tourist demand, at the same time give a constructive marketing strategy, targeted outbound travel agencies, middlemen, American suppliers to improve their business management model measures, In order to provide better tourism products and services for Chinese tourists traveling to the United States. Therefore, this topic has important practical significance for the further development of domestic tourists to the United States.
