【摘要】:隨著世界科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,社會對科學(xué)技術(shù)的需求不斷增加。很多學(xué)科不斷細化,不同學(xué)科的交叉融合日益加劇,產(chǎn)生了很多新的研究方向和研究領(lǐng)域。因此增強科技項目管理的力度與整體效益成為了我國科技管理部門的主要目標(biāo)。本文在深入研究國內(nèi)外科技項目管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的前提下,結(jié)合云南省科技發(fā)展的情況,提出建立面向快速基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)采集、網(wǎng)上專家評價與反饋的輔助決策支撐系統(tǒng),本文設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了基于SSH開源框架的云南省科技項目管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)對云南省提高科技項目管理水平,降低管理人員工作強度,提高科學(xué)決策水平起到較好的支撐作用。本文主要做了以下幾個方面的工作:1、分析課題的研究背景,對比國內(nèi)外科技項目管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建了基于SSH框架的系統(tǒng)模型,深入學(xué)習(xí)輕量級J2EE技術(shù)并對相關(guān)開發(fā)技術(shù)做出介紹。2、調(diào)研系統(tǒng)當(dāng)前需解決的問題,提出系統(tǒng)建設(shè)目標(biāo),針對系統(tǒng)的功能性和非功能性需求進行分析,設(shè)計科技項目管理系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程。3、進行系統(tǒng)詳細設(shè)計,設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),針對系統(tǒng)的各個功能模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程等設(shè)計進行詳細闡述。設(shè)計系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,詳細介紹系統(tǒng)主要數(shù)據(jù)庫表的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),并對數(shù)據(jù)表進行優(yōu)化。4、實現(xiàn)基于SSH框架體系的科技項目管理系統(tǒng),針對系統(tǒng)主要模塊持久化層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層、控制層和表現(xiàn)層的實現(xiàn)做了介紹和分析。最后對系統(tǒng)操作界面做了簡要介紹。本項目的研究工作利用信息技術(shù)加快了信息報送、項目申請、過程審批、管理決策等過程。有效地強化了科研管理,實現(xiàn)了科技項目管理的高效化、規(guī)范化和公平化,具有明顯的社會效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology in the world, the social demand for science and technology is increasing. Many new research directions and research fields have emerged. Therefore, enhancing the strength and overall benefit of science and technology project management has become the main goal of our country's science and technology management department. This paper is deeply studying the science and technology project management system at home and abroad. On the premise of the present development, According to the development of science and technology in Yunnan province, a decision support system for fast basic data collection, online expert evaluation and feedback is put forward. The project management system of Yunnan science and technology based on SSH open source framework is designed and implemented in this paper. The system plays a better supporting role in improving the management level of scientific and technological projects, reducing the working intensity of managers, and improving the level of scientific decision making in Yunnan Province. This paper mainly does the following work: 1 to analyze the research background of the subject. Comparing the development status of science and technology project management system at home and abroad, this paper constructs a system model based on SSH framework, deeply studies lightweight J2EE technology and introduces relevant development technology. The purpose of the system construction is put forward, the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed, the business process of the sci-tech project management system is designed, the system is designed in detail, the overall structure of the system is designed, and the functional modules of the system are designed. The design of network topology and business process is described in detail. The system database is designed, the logical structure of the main database table of the system is introduced in detail, and the data table is optimized .4. the scientific and technological project management system based on SSH framework system is realized. This paper introduces and analyzes the implementation of the main modules persistence layer, business logic layer, control layer and presentation layer. Finally, the paper briefly introduces the operating interface of the system. The process of project application, process examination and approval, management decision, etc., effectively strengthens the management of scientific research, realizes the high efficiency, standardization and fairness of the management of scientific and technological project, and has obvious social benefits.
