【摘要】：項目是工勘企業(yè)的主市場,項目管理的有效性直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。“法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)”的不健全是項目管理的先天殘缺之主要癥結(jié),項目選擇上的失誤、合同管理效力的弱化、預(yù)算管理的不嚴謹、成本管理的盲從、約束與激勵機制的不健全等均成為項目管理運行過程中較為突出的障礙。如何排除并應(yīng)對之,筆者提出了自己的見解。
[Abstract]:Project is the main market of industrial prospecting enterprises, and the effectiveness of project management is directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. The imperfection of "corporate governance structure" is the main crux of the congenital defects of project management. The mistakes in project selection, the weakening of the effectiveness of contract management, the lack of strict budget management, and the blind adherence of cost management. The unsoundness of constraint and incentive mechanism has become a more prominent obstacle in the course of project management. The author puts forward his own opinion on how to eliminate and deal with it.
