Logistics management system has the characteristics such as active, open and emergent in architecture, environment and actions. It belongs to the complex system. Logistics management, complexity and complex system are introduced first in this paper. Then the complexity of Logistics management system is analyzed, indicating Logistics management system is a complex system and an open complex giant system.
