【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展和居民生活水平的提高,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求量和流通量在逐年遞增,人們對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和安全的要求也越來越高。然而,作為承擔(dān)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品儲運的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流,在流通環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)了諸如農(nóng)產(chǎn)品腐損率高、食品安全問題頻發(fā)、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重等問題。因此,在綜合考慮經(jīng)濟、社會、環(huán)境效益的基礎(chǔ)上,大力發(fā)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流,減少流通環(huán)節(jié)的損耗,提高流通效率,對于保證農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全,降低農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的成本,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與環(huán)境的和諧統(tǒng)一具有重要意義。本論文以綠色物流和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流等相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),以環(huán)境友好、資源節(jié)約為目的,針對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流評價指標(biāo)的選取和評價體系的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用等問題展開了研究。首先,本文借鑒綠色物流和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流相關(guān)理論,簡要闡述了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流的概念,提出了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流的概念模型；繼而,在系統(tǒng)分析我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流發(fā)展中存在的問題和構(gòu)建農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流評價指標(biāo)體系的必要性；其次,依據(jù)綠色物流的內(nèi)涵和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟“減量化、再利用、資源化”的準(zhǔn)則,從內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流發(fā)展的因素,并按照指標(biāo)選取的原則,采用頻度分析法及專家打分法從影響因素中總結(jié)選取出了24個農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流評價因子。采用因子分析法對選取出的因子開展綜合歸類處理,完成了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流評價指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建。最后,開展應(yīng)用研究。為了驗證已構(gòu)建的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流評價指標(biāo)體系的科學(xué)性和實用性,本文以湖南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流評價為例,運用模糊綜合評價法建模,對湖南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流發(fā)展水平進行了評估。同時,分析評價結(jié)果并對評價結(jié)果所反映出的問題從政府規(guī)劃、技術(shù)改進等多個方面提出了相應(yīng)的改進對策。本論文研究成果可以用于幫助政府制定產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策和規(guī)劃,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)本地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流發(fā)展中存在的問題并給予修正；也可以為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流企業(yè)制定綠色發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供依據(jù),促進農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈綠色物流的科學(xué)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of the living standard of the residents, the demand and circulation of agricultural products are increasing year by year, and the demand for the quality and safety of agricultural products is becoming higher and higher. However, as the cold chain logistics of agricultural products for the storage and transportation of agricultural products, the rate of agricultural products is high and the food safety is asked in the circulation link. Therefore, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of economic, social and environmental benefits, on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the economic, social and environmental benefits, the cold chain green logistics of agricultural products will be vigorously developed, the loss of circulation links is reduced, and the efficiency of circulation is improved. The quality and safety of agricultural products can be ensured, the cost of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is reduced, and the harmonious unification of economic development and the environment is realized. On the basis of green logistics and cold chain green logistics of agricultural products and other related theories, this paper studies the selection of green logistics evaluation index and the construction and application of the evaluation system of green logistics in the cold chain of agricultural products. First, the paper draws on the green logistics and the cold chain of agricultural products. The concept of the cold chain green logistics of agricultural products is briefly expounded and the concept model of the cold chain green logistics of agricultural products is put forward. On the basis of the systematic analysis of the present situation of the development of the cold chain green logistics in China's agricultural products, the existing problems in the development of the cold chain green logistics in China's agricultural products and the construction of the cold chain green of the agricultural products are pointed out. Secondly, according to the connotation of green logistics and the principle of "reduction, reuse, and resource", the factors affecting the development of green logistics in the cold chain of agricultural products are analyzed from the internal and external environment, and according to the principle of selecting the indexes, the frequency analysis method and the expert scoring method are used to analyze the factors affecting the development of the green logistics. 24 agricultural products cold chain green logistics evaluation factors were selected and selected. The factor analysis method was used to carry out comprehensive classification and treatment of the selected factors. The construction of the green logistics evaluation index system of the cold chain of agricultural products was completed. Finally, the application research was carried out to verify the science of the cold chain green logistics evaluation index system of agricultural products. In nature and practicality, this paper takes the cold chain green logistics evaluation of Hunan agricultural products as an example, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to model the development level of the cold chain green logistics of agricultural products in Hunan. At the same time, the results are analyzed and the problems reflected in the evaluation result are changed from the government regulation and technical improvement. The research results of this paper can be used to help the government to formulate industrial development policies and plans, to find out the existing problems in the development of the cold chain green logistics in the local area and to give a correction, and to provide the basis for the green development strategy for the cold chain logistics enterprises of agricultural products to promote the science of the green logistics of the cold chain of agricultural products.
