廢舊家電回收體系構(gòu)建及路徑優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著新一代家電產(chǎn)品不斷更新?lián)Q代地出現(xiàn),家電的壽命周期越來越短,目前我國廢舊家電已經(jīng)進入新一輪的報廢高峰期。報廢的廢舊家電一般都含有大量的金屬材料,對于當(dāng)今資源日漸枯竭的社會,廢舊家電的回收不僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)資源的重復(fù)利用,為企業(yè)帶來經(jīng)濟效益,而且還能達到對環(huán)境和生態(tài)保護的目的。廢舊家電逆向物流的回收已成為目前我國物流發(fā)展的一個新領(lǐng)域。本文以廢舊家電逆向物流為研究對象,主要研究了廢舊家電逆向物流的回收體系的構(gòu)建和路徑優(yōu)化兩方面內(nèi)容。本論文主要包括以下內(nèi)容:(1)對逆向物流、廢舊家電逆向物流的相關(guān)理論進行研究,并指出我國廢舊家電逆向物流的運作模式和發(fā)展障礙。(2)構(gòu)建了基于回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺的廢舊家電回收體系,利用回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺實時更新信息的功能,加強了回收中心和回收點的溝通和聯(lián)系,減少逆向物流的分散性、多樣性和不確定性。建立了一個閉環(huán)的廢舊家電回收體系,實現(xiàn)了對廢舊家電的充分回收利用和生態(tài)環(huán)境保護。(3)建立了一個基于成本的確定性廢舊家電車輛路徑優(yōu)化模型。該模型為確定性模型。它所研究的是一種回收客戶點的位置已知,回收量確定,回收中心在滿足一些列約束條件下,指派車輛進行回收并確定每輛車的行駛路線,從而完成所有的回收任務(wù),并使運行成本最低的模型。針對該模型,我們選用了蟻群算法進行求解。并對蟻群算法中出現(xiàn)的收斂速度慢、容易陷入局部最優(yōu)解的問題,進行算法改進。最后通過一個具體的實例驗證了該算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the emergence of a new generation of household appliances, the life cycle of household appliances is getting shorter and shorter. Scrap household appliances generally contain a large number of metal materials. In today's society where resources are increasingly exhausted, recycling of waste appliances can not only realize the reuse of resources, but also bring economic benefits to enterprises. And also can achieve the purpose of environmental and ecological protection. Recycling of waste appliances reverse logistics has become a new field of logistics development in China. In this paper, the reverse logistics of waste home appliances as the research object, mainly studied the recycling system of waste appliances reverse logistics and path optimization two aspects. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: (1) the related theories of reverse logistics and waste appliances reverse logistics are studied. It also points out the operation mode and development obstacle of the reverse logistics of waste home appliances in our country. (2) A recycling system of waste appliances based on the network information platform is constructed, and the function of updating the information in real time by using the recycling network information platform is put forward. The communication between recycling center and recovery point is strengthened, and the dispersion, diversity and uncertainty of reverse logistics are reduced. A closed-loop recycling system of waste household appliances is established to realize the full recycling and ecological environment protection of used household appliances. (3) A deterministic path optimization model of waste household appliances vehicles based on cost is established. The model is deterministic. What it studies is that the location of a recovery customer point is known, the recovery amount is determined, and the recycling center, meeting some constraints, assigns the vehicle to recycle and determines the route of each vehicle, thus completing all the recycling tasks. And make the model with the lowest running cost. For this model, we choose ant colony algorithm to solve the problem. The algorithm is improved for the problem that the convergence rate of ant colony algorithm is slow and it is easy to fall into the local optimal solution. Finally, a concrete example is given to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
