【摘要】：當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)迅猛發(fā)展，供電企業(yè)在社會(huì)生活中負(fù)有重要責(zé)任。面對(duì)當(dāng)前的電力營(yíng)銷稽查形勢(shì)，，對(duì)電力營(yíng)銷人員，尤其是管理者來(lái)說(shuō)，想要及時(shí)快捷并準(zhǔn)確的掌握跟蹤各項(xiàng)營(yíng)銷工作的工作動(dòng)態(tài)并對(duì)突發(fā)事件做出快速響應(yīng)是非常必要的。而當(dāng)前現(xiàn)有的電力營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控工作缺乏必要稽查監(jiān)控的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范，存在著營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控滯后、系統(tǒng)預(yù)警功能欠缺等現(xiàn)象。因此，在對(duì)現(xiàn)有的電力營(yíng)銷的研究中，應(yīng)不斷突出稽查監(jiān)控的作用，對(duì)于構(gòu)建并優(yōu)化電力營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，保證供電公司電力營(yíng)銷正常發(fā)展發(fā)揮重大作用。本文對(duì)遼陽(yáng)供電公司營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究，對(duì)遼陽(yáng)供電公司營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用與改進(jìn)有積極的促進(jìn)作用。 首先，闡述本文的研究背景及意義，國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和方法以及研究?jī)?nèi)容。 其次，對(duì)營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行概述。界定營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的概念，并對(duì)營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的必要性、目的與作用、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行介紹。 再次，介紹營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在遼陽(yáng)供電公司的應(yīng)用，分析存在問(wèn)題并提出營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)建議。概述遼陽(yáng)供電公司和實(shí)施營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控的迫切性，以及實(shí)施和建設(shè)時(shí)的目標(biāo)思路；分析營(yíng)銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體構(gòu)架和業(yè)務(wù)流程和主要成效；提出本系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題，并對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題做出改進(jìn)優(yōu)化建議。 最后，對(duì)前文進(jìn)行總結(jié)，指出本文研究的局限性以及下一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, power supply enterprises have important responsibilities in the social life. Facing the current situation of electric power marketing audit, the electric power marketing personnel, especially the managers, It is very necessary to keep track of the marketing work and respond to the unexpected events quickly and accurately. However, the current monitoring and control work of electric power marketing lacks the standard and standard of necessary inspection and control. There are some phenomena such as the lag of monitoring and control of marketing audit and the lack of early warning function of the system. Therefore, in the research of existing electric power marketing, the function of inspection and monitoring should be emphasized constantly, so as to construct and optimize the monitoring and control system of electric power marketing audit. This paper studies the marketing inspection and monitoring system of Liaoyang power supply company, which has a positive effect on the application and improvement of the marketing audit monitoring system of Liaoyang power supply company. First of all, this paper describes the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods and research content. Secondly, it outlines the marketing audit monitoring system, defines the concept of the marketing audit monitoring system, and introduces the necessity, purpose and function of the marketing audit monitoring system, as well as the status quo of its development. Thirdly, it introduces the application of the marketing audit monitoring system in Liaoyang power supply company, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for improvement of the marketing audit monitoring system. It outlines the urgency of the Liaoyang power supply company and the implementation of the marketing inspection and monitoring. And the implementation and construction of the target ideas; analysis of the overall structure of the marketing audit monitoring system, business processes and main results; put forward the system problems, and make suggestions to improve the related problems. Finally, the paper summarizes the limitations of this study and the direction of further research.
