【摘要】:在區(qū)分了員工的股票媒介化認(rèn)知和股票決策權(quán)認(rèn)知概念的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)探討了心理授權(quán)在股票的媒介化認(rèn)知與工作滿意度之間的作用。研究結(jié)果表明,股票的媒介化認(rèn)知對(duì)心理授權(quán)和工作滿意度都有顯著預(yù)測(cè)作用,并且心理授權(quán)是股票的媒介化認(rèn)知與工作滿意度之間的中介變量。研究結(jié)果有助于深化理解員工持股與員工態(tài)度及行為關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of distinguishing the concepts of stock medium cognition and stock decision making right cognition, this paper focuses on the role of psychological authorization in the relationship between stock medium cognition and job satisfaction. The results show that the medium cognition of stock can predict both psychological authorization and job satisfaction, and psychological authorization is the intermediate variable between medium cognition and job satisfaction. The results help to deepen the understanding of the relationship between employee ownership and employee attitude and behavior.
