信用卡消費(fèi)信貸發(fā)展的影響因素研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的不確定性增加,歐洲主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)仍在繼續(xù),美國前所未有地遭遇了主權(quán)債務(wù)評(píng)級(jí)下調(diào),在這種情況下,轉(zhuǎn)變我國以出口拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的發(fā)展方式至關(guān)重要。我國若要在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷的大環(huán)境下,實(shí)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長7.5%的目標(biāo),就必須擴(kuò)大國內(nèi)消費(fèi)。而信用卡作為一種靈活的消費(fèi)信貸工具已經(jīng)逐步得到了人們的認(rèn)可和接受,其在拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)方面具有其他消費(fèi)信貸方式不可比擬的優(yōu)越性。深入了解信用卡消費(fèi)信貸功能,探討信用卡消費(fèi)信貸的影響因素,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步發(fā)展我國信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)揮信用卡消費(fèi)信貸對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的助推作用,都有非常重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本研究以信用卡消費(fèi)信貸發(fā)展的影響因素為研究對(duì)象,在國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國的具體情況,運(yùn)用了多種方法對(duì)信用卡消費(fèi)信貸發(fā)展的影響因素進(jìn)行了比較系統(tǒng)的研究。首先,對(duì)信用卡消費(fèi)信貸的理論進(jìn)行了梳理和總結(jié);其次,對(duì)我國當(dāng)前信用卡消費(fèi)信貸發(fā)展的情況進(jìn)行了描述,并結(jié)合國外信用卡消費(fèi)信貸的發(fā)展情況,分析了我國信用卡消費(fèi)信貸發(fā)展滯后的原因;第三,運(yùn)用了因素分析的方法,比較系統(tǒng)地對(duì)信用卡消費(fèi)信貸發(fā)展的影響因素進(jìn)行了歸納和探討:從信用卡市場內(nèi)部的角度,探討了持卡人、銀行等發(fā)卡機(jī)構(gòu)、特約商戶三個(gè)方面的影響因素,而后又從信用卡市場外部的角度,討論了宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和政府因素對(duì)信用卡消費(fèi)信貸的影響;在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究運(yùn)用了多元線性回歸的方法,對(duì)信用卡發(fā)卡規(guī)模、用卡環(huán)境、營銷手段和政府規(guī)制四個(gè)因素對(duì)我國信用卡消費(fèi)信貸發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析的嘗試。 研究表明:信用卡發(fā)卡規(guī)模和用卡環(huán)境與信用卡消費(fèi)信貸規(guī)模確實(shí)存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系,且用卡環(huán)境的影響更大,即是說,銀行等信用卡發(fā)卡機(jī)構(gòu)與其盲目擴(kuò)大信用卡發(fā)卡量,不如下大力氣改善信用卡用卡環(huán)境,增加特約商戶數(shù)目,后者能更快地提高信用卡信貸規(guī)模;營銷手段和政府規(guī)制對(duì)信用卡消費(fèi)信貸存在不可忽視的影響。 最后,文章提出了發(fā)展我國信用卡消費(fèi)信貸的建議,包括:完善個(gè)人信用體系,建立健全信用消費(fèi)法律體系,加強(qiáng)信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的扶持和管理,實(shí)施信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)化、獨(dú)立化經(jīng)營,實(shí)現(xiàn)信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的差異化經(jīng)營,改善信用卡用卡環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:At present, the uncertainty of the world economy is increasing, the European sovereign debt crisis is still continuing, and the United States has suffered an unprecedented downgrade of sovereign debt. Under such circumstances, it is very important to change the mode of development of China's export-led economic growth. In order to achieve the goal of GDP growth of 7.5% in the global economic downturn, China must expand domestic consumption. Credit card as a flexible consumer credit tool has been gradually recognized and accepted by people, and it has incomparable advantages in stimulating consumption. To deeply understand the function of credit card consumption credit, to explore the influencing factors of credit card consumption credit, to further develop the credit card industry in China, and to give play to the role of credit card consumer credit in promoting our economy. Both have very important theoretical and practical significance. This study takes the influencing factors of credit card consumer credit development as the research object, based on the relevant research results at home and abroad, combined with the specific situation of our country. Several methods are used to study the influencing factors of credit card consumption credit development. First of all, the theory of credit card consumption credit is combed and summarized. Secondly, the development of credit card consumption credit in China is described, and combined with the development of foreign credit card consumption credit. This paper analyzes the reasons why the development of credit card consumer credit in China lags behind. Thirdly, it systematically summarizes and discusses the influencing factors of credit card consumption credit development by using the method of factor analysis: from the perspective of the credit card market, This paper probes into the influencing factors of credit card holder, bank and other credit card issuers and special merchants, and then discusses the influence of macroeconomic environment and government factors on credit card consumption credit from the external perspective of credit card market. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the method of multiple linear regression is used in this study. Four factors, marketing means and government regulation, make an empirical analysis on the development of credit card consumption credit in China. The study shows that there is a positive correlation between credit card issuing scale and credit card environment and credit card consumption credit scale, and the impact of credit card environment is even greater. That is to say, credit card issuing institutions such as banks and other credit card issuers blindly expand the amount of credit card issuance. We should make great efforts to improve the credit card environment and increase the number of special merchants, the latter can increase the credit card credit scale more quickly, and the marketing means and government regulations can not be ignored on the credit card consumer credit. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of credit card consumption credit in China, including: perfecting personal credit system, establishing and perfecting credit consumption law system, strengthening the support and management of credit card business, implementing credit card industrialization, and managing independently. To realize the differential management of credit card business and improve the credit card environment.
