【摘要】：借助供應(yīng)鏈參考模型(SCOR)從改善作業(yè)流程角度構(gòu)建作業(yè)管理體系,解決作業(yè)管理應(yīng)用的局限性:孤立地分析單個(gè)作業(yè);與戰(zhàn)略管理脫節(jié)。為在企業(yè)內(nèi)部應(yīng)用SCOR模型,探討了在企業(yè)內(nèi)部引入供應(yīng)鏈思想的原因及可行性;在作業(yè)分析環(huán)節(jié),引入SCOR模型,分析績(jī)效考核體系,從改善作業(yè)流程的角度建立作業(yè)管理體系;引入企業(yè)策略地圖思想建立指標(biāo)體系,將作業(yè)管理與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)相結(jié)合,擴(kuò)大作業(yè)管理的應(yīng)用范圍。以一家火車衛(wèi)生間制造商為對(duì)象,構(gòu)建基于SCOR模型的作業(yè)管理體系,并以此為依據(jù)建立Petri網(wǎng)層次模型,利用ExSpect軟件進(jìn)行仿真評(píng)價(jià)。仿真結(jié)果表明,該方法從改善作業(yè)流程的角度分析了需改善的作業(yè),同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)化了作業(yè)分析的工作。
[Abstract]:With the aid of supply chain reference model (SCOR), we construct a job management system from the point of view of improving the job flow, solve the limitations of the application of job management, such as analyzing a single job in isolation, disjoint with strategic management, in order to apply the SCOR model within an enterprise. This paper discusses the reasons and feasibility of introducing the supply chain thought into the enterprise, introduces the SCOR model, analyzes the performance appraisal system, and establishes the activity management system from the angle of improving the work flow. This paper introduces the idea of enterprise strategy map to establish the index system, combines the job management with the enterprise strategic goal, and expands the application scope of the job management. Taking a train toilet manufacturer as the object, the paper constructs the job management system based on the SCOR model. On the basis of this, the hierarchical model of Petri net is established, and the simulation evaluation is carried out by using ExSpect software. The simulation results show that this method analyzes the jobs to be improved from the point of view of improving the job flow, and simplifies the work of job analysis at the same time.
