【摘要】:隨著國民生活質(zhì)量的不斷提高,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,市場需求日益增強(qiáng),也將推進(jìn)汽車內(nèi)飾件行業(yè)快速發(fā)展。隨著購買車主的整體知識水平和購買要求均大幅度提升,汽車內(nèi)飾品的消費(fèi)也將保持水漲船高的態(tài)勢。JS公司是金杯汽車股份有限公司和世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)美國江森自控國際有限公司共同投資成立的中美合資企業(yè),主要從事汽車座椅、內(nèi)飾的制造等業(yè)務(wù),該公司的發(fā)展歷程在國際合作和行業(yè)發(fā)展方面都具有一定的代表性。本文首先從企業(yè)的核心競爭力理論研究著手,介紹了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)者對核心競爭力理論的研究,簡述了本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)核心競爭力的含義、特征、構(gòu)成要素、重要性及與企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系。以JS公司的現(xiàn)有核心競爭力為研究對象,進(jìn)行有針對性的重點(diǎn)研究,對JS公司目前問題和原因進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為在創(chuàng)新能力效率不高、營銷能力弱、外資力量投入比例過低、激勵機(jī)制沒有滿足員工需要這些問題,是由對資源配制能力認(rèn)識不足、戰(zhàn)略決策能力弱、研發(fā)能力與發(fā)展定位不符、人才培養(yǎng)制度不完善原因引起的。對提升核心競爭力成功的國際相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)品牌進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,包括博世集團(tuán)和佛吉亞集團(tuán)的有效地提升核心競爭力的有效手段。針對JS公司核心競爭力的提升提出了一些對策和建議:提高戰(zhàn)略決策能力、突破技術(shù)屏障、提高資源利用率、制定合理的人才培養(yǎng)方案、加強(qiáng)績效管理等方面著手。在理論上,深化了汽車內(nèi)飾件企業(yè)核心競爭力理論的研究,亦可為本領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步研究提供借鑒;在實(shí)踐上,為經(jīng)營管理者提供了一些有效的分析方法和建議,還可以為其他汽車內(nèi)飾件企業(yè)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,有利于我國相似類型的汽車內(nèi)飾件合資公司的核心競爭力的進(jìn)一步提升。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the quality of life of the people, the rapid development of automobile industry, the increasing market demand, will also promote the rapid development of automotive interior parts industry. With the increase in the overall level of knowledge and purchase requirements of vehicle owners, The consumption of automotive interior products will also maintain a rising trend. JS Company is a Sino-US joint venture invested jointly by Jinbei Automotive Co., Ltd. And Johnson International Co., Ltd., the world's top 500 company, mainly engaged in automobile seats. Interior manufacturing and other business, the development of the company in international cooperation and industry development has a certain representative. This paper begins with the theoretical study of the core competence of enterprises, introduces the research on the core competence theory of domestic and foreign scholars, and briefly describes the meaning, characteristics and constituent elements of the theoretical basis of the core competence studied in this paper. Importance and relationship with enterprise development. Taking the existing core competence of JS Company as the research object, this paper analyzes the current problems and causes of JS Company, and points out that the innovation ability is not high, the marketing ability is weak, and the proportion of foreign investment is too low. These problems are caused by insufficient understanding of resource allocation ability, weak strategic decision-making ability, inconsistent R & D ability with development orientation and imperfect talent training system. The successful international leading brands of core competence are used for reference, including the effective means of improving the core competitiveness of Bosch Group and Foggia Group. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the core competence of JS Company, such as improving the ability of strategic decision, breaking through the technical barrier, improving the utilization of resources, formulating reasonable talent training plan, and strengthening the performance management, and so on. Theoretically, it deepens the research on the theory of core competence of automobile interior decoration enterprises, and also provides reference for further research in this field. In practice, it provides some effective analysis methods and suggestions for managers. It can also be used for reference by other automobile interior decoration enterprises, which is beneficial to the further improvement of the core competitiveness of similar automobile interior decoration joint venture companies in China.
