【摘要】：石油行業(yè)供給結構改革對穩(wěn)定國民經(jīng)濟、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結構,改變我國經(jīng)濟增長方式,促進我國能源行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。在經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)背景下,我國石油行業(yè)產(chǎn)權結構單一,產(chǎn)銷錯配,技術落后,企業(yè)結構冗余等系列問題和困擾著其健康發(fā)展。進一步深化產(chǎn)權制度改革,調整優(yōu)化企業(yè)組織結構,加大技術創(chuàng)新,給予新能源政策支持,著重于我國石油行業(yè)供給側改革,將有利于我國經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下經(jīng)濟結構的優(yōu)化調整,促進我國經(jīng)濟社會的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The reform of supply structure of petroleum industry is of great strategic significance to stabilize the national economy, optimize the industrial structure, change the mode of economic growth of our country and promote the sustainable development of our energy industry. Under the background of the new normal state of economy, a series of problems, such as the single structure of property right, the mismatch of production and marketing, the backward technology, the redundancy of enterprise structure and so on, are puzzling the development of petroleum industry in China. Further deepening the reform of the property right system, adjusting and optimizing the organizational structure of enterprises, increasing technological innovation, giving new energy policy support, and focusing on the supply-side reform of the petroleum industry in China will be conducive to the optimization and adjustment of the economic structure under the new normal state of China's economy. Promoting healthy economic and social development in China.
