【摘要】：隨著全球一體化經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,當代企業(yè)面臨的壓力更加明顯,無論從質量、成本還是品牌,如何在如此嚴峻的市場形勢下立于不敗之地,很多企業(yè)將目光放在了質量管理體系建設上。質量管理體系是一種系統(tǒng)的質量管理模式,它是組織內部為實現(xiàn)質量目標建立的,是一項戰(zhàn)略決策,對企業(yè)的持久有效的發(fā)展起到至關重要的作用。本文以A公司為研究主題,對于質量管理體系進行了研究。主要研究了質量管理體系的質量目標和方針、職責分配、文件管理以及過程管理等主要方面的內容。作者首先對于質量管理體系的基本理論以及現(xiàn)階段國內外的研究成果進行了研究,總結了基本標準以及理論基礎;然后又通對A公司現(xiàn)有質量管理體系進行分析比對,找出其存在的問題;再結合了質量管理體系的基本標準及理論提出了改進方案;最后針對改進方案的提出了具體的實施及保障措施,具有很強的研究意義及可行性。通過研究,作者總結了當前企業(yè)中質量管理體系中常見的問題,并提出了對策,對于企業(yè)的實際應用有很強的參考意義。此外,作者大也指出了未來對于質量管理體系研究的方向和重點,具有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of global integration economy, the pressure of contemporary enterprises is more obvious, whether from the quality, cost or brand, how to be invincible in such a severe market situation. Many enterprises put their eyes on the construction of quality management system. Quality management system is a systematic mode of quality management, which is established in the organization to achieve quality goals, is a strategic decision, and plays a vital role in the sustainable and effective development of enterprises. In this paper, A company as the research theme, the quality management system has been studied. This paper mainly studies the quality goal and policy, responsibility assignment, document management and process management of the quality management system. The author firstly studies the basic theory of the quality management system and the domestic and foreign research results at present, summarizes the basic standards and the theoretical basis, and then analyzes and compares the existing quality management system of A Company. Find out its existing problems; then combined with the basic standards and theory of quality management system to put forward the improvement plan; finally, the improvement scheme put forward the specific implementation and safeguard measures, which has a strong research significance and feasibility. Through the research, the author summarizes the common problems in the current enterprise quality management system, and puts forward the countermeasures, which has a strong reference significance for the practical application of the enterprise. In addition, the author also points out the direction and emphasis of quality management system research in the future, which has certain guiding significance.
