【摘要】：本篇文章首先對工程監(jiān)管單位的財務內控管理的基本原則進行闡述,從財務內部控制意識薄弱、不健全的財務制度、缺乏科學的預算管理、評價與監(jiān)督機制不完善四個方面入手,對當前工程監(jiān)管部門財務內部控制管理存在的主要問題進行解析,并以此為依據(jù),提出加強工程監(jiān)管單位的財務內控管理的有效措施。
[Abstract]:This article first expounds the basic principles of the financial internal control management of the project supervision unit, from the weak consciousness of the financial internal control, the imperfect financial system, the lack of scientific budget management, Starting with the imperfect evaluation and supervision mechanism, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the financial internal control management of the engineering supervision department at present, and puts forward some effective measures to strengthen the financial internal control management of the engineering supervision unit.
