【摘要】：當前,襲警事件頻頻發(fā)生,警察的人身權(quán)、名譽權(quán)等屢遭侵害,給公安機關(guān)造成了巨大損失,與此同時,警察執(zhí)法權(quán)益保護又面臨諸多問題,如法律對警察執(zhí)法保障不足、社會對警察執(zhí)法的誤讀、輿論對警察執(zhí)法的誤判,不僅侵害了警察執(zhí)法權(quán)益,影響警察執(zhí)法效果,而且也不利于公安隊伍的長期穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展。因此,必須進一步完善相關(guān)法律、建立襲警行為應(yīng)對預(yù)案、形成輿論快速應(yīng)對機制、推動法治文明建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:At present, the incidents of attacking police frequently occur, and the personal rights and reputation rights of the police are repeatedly infringed, which has caused huge losses to the public security organs. At the same time, the protection of the rights and interests of the police law enforcement faces many problems, such as inadequate protection of the law for the police. The misreading of police law enforcement by society and misjudgment by public opinion not only infringes on the rights and interests of police law enforcement and affects the effect of police law enforcement, but also is not conducive to the long-term stability and development of public security forces. Therefore, it is necessary to further perfect the relevant laws, set up the action plan of attacking the police, form the rapid response mechanism of public opinion, and promote the construction of civilization of rule of law.
