【摘要】：正為了讓新秀城公司中標,陳列雄仿效所謂的"蘿卜招聘",讓人在掛牌轉(zhuǎn)讓方案中設置了有利于新秀城公司的競買條件,實現(xiàn)"蘿卜賣地"。2005年1月的一天,海南省瓊海市的高檔小區(qū)南方花園,一名62歲的老人在鄰居驚詫的目光中,被海南省有關(guān)部門帶走接受調(diào)查。老人名叫陳列雄,原海南省瓊海市委副書記,此時他剛剛退休一年。
