【摘要】：文章從上海兩區(qū)6家三資企業(yè)流動(dòng)人口勞動(dòng)權(quán)益保障狀況調(diào)查結(jié)果,分析上海三資企業(yè)流動(dòng)人口就業(yè)和發(fā)展領(lǐng)域勞動(dòng)權(quán)益保障性別差異的影響因素和政策機(jī)制,從社會(huì)性別視角挖掘流動(dòng)人口就業(yè)和發(fā)展中產(chǎn)生性別差異的原因,探討并提出女性流動(dòng)人口就業(yè)和發(fā)展中保障勞動(dòng)權(quán)益的對策措施。
[Abstract]:This article from the labor rights protection among floating population in Shanghai district two, 6 foreign-funded enterprises survey results, analysis of the impact of the floating population of Shanghai funded enterprises employment and development in the field of labor rights protection of gender differences in factors and policy mechanism, and explores the causes of gender differences in employment of floating population and development from a gender perspective, discusses and proposes some countermeasures to protect labor the rights of women migrant employment and development.
